Really disappointed. We’ve ordered takeout quite a few times and everything is always consistent and great. Today, my boyfriend’s food had some sort of melted plastic lid in it. Called them once we realized, all they said was sorry. They couldn’t offer me a replacement or a refund, apparently it’s “not possible” asked for a manager and was told they weren’t in and they didn’t know when they would be. Won’t be returning.

Have gotten takeout a few times and it has always been really good but I had an exceptional experience yesterday. I have a dairy and soy allergy so eating out is limited and stressful. I called to see if they could accommodate my allergies and they went above and beyond letting me know what I could have and making any adjustments needed so that I could safely have a delicious meal. This sort of service is what makes me want to support a business and it doesn’t hurt that the food is SOOO good! Had chicken curry, chicken biryani, samosas, and roti.

Went there with a party of 9 and they were able to fit us without any wait time which was very welcomed considering it was winter.
We ordered golgappa shots and samosa as starters. Golgappe were nice and crisp but samosa was ok. We ordered mango lassi too but it was not good. Did not finish it.
In main course we went for onion naan, chicken naan and garlic naan with chicken makhani, malai kofta, navratan korma and dal tadka.
Chicken makhani was simply chicken in tomato gravy and was not great.
Navratan korma turned out to be great.
Malai kofta was ok too.
Dal tadka was not great.
Overall food was not great and service was nothing extra ordinary either.

We are so excited that Taste of the Himalayas is now open. We got takeout tonight and really enjoy every we got. We’re excited to come back and try some new dishes too. We went for medium on spice and might go up next time but the mild was perfect for our non-spicy taste kiddo.

This is the first time we went to saffron. After reading all their rave reviews, we thought the food will be outstanding; but it was pretty average, nothing that will wow you. We ordered Golgappa, Lamb kebab, plain naan and chicken korma. The lamb kebab was too dry and chewy; the dry rub on the kebab was salty too. However, the restaurant ambiance was great and service was good too.

I am originally from Nepal, just as a FYI.
Drove 30 mins to get some MOMO and Chicken Choila. Extremely salty, my wife threw up, as you can see. The MOMO achar was nothing close to achar and extreme flavor of turmeric. And since when have chicken choila have pickel like taste with watery substances?
If you are Nepali, Do Not go here. I cannot speak for Indian and Tibetan food.

Par excellence taste, quality, quantity, ambiance, portions, delicacies.
Not being buffet is the highlight. The a la carte menu is apt.
Lighting and music too.
Alcohol(wine and beer) and non-alcoholic beverages are served here. KF beer on this particular day was unavailable.
Dessert few and healthy options – neither too sweet nor bland.
USP – very well run restaurant. Is quite and nothing was hurried. One of a kind dining experience.
Visited for the second time in July, still is the best Indian restaurant around. Best quality food, ambiance and service.

The food is flavorful. The onion pakoras were great. Biryanis were okay. Naans were a bit crispy. Entrees were adequately sized. The place has a nice ambience and decent decor, though there was a bad odor while we were there, which made it a bit unpleasant at dinner time. Restrooms too were very smelly. Customer service could be a bit more friendly.

First time having Indian food. The vegetable samosas were large and delicious. Garlic and herb Naan was very tasty. Goat curry was okay, too many bones and not enough meat. I would go there again.

We had a lovely time lunching here today. We ate only one other previous time when it was called Saffron.
Service seemed a bit new but lunch options were great! We ordered the Chix Tikka Masala, Curry Chix, Naanwich Chix Tikka, and Dal soup.
The sandwich was the best!
