It’s one Best places la Michoacana..We absolutely love the staff and food here! Super friendly and always clean in there! I love the decor as well! You walk in and get greeted by their friendly staff and the bright colors definitely make me happy! They have so much delicious items there I can’t wait to try each one! The ice cream is so creamy and fresh! We also love the ice cream bars! The Esquites is always served hot with mouth watering flavor! Wow!!! Definitely come check this location out!!!!

Terrible customer service! The guy working there is very rude aside from not knowing how to serve a simple ice cream! Nothing inside the cone just a big bulk of ice cream up top as soon as I took the first lick it fell off ! Told me once on the floor he couldn’t do anything about it! That’s crazy! Please train your employees to serve ice cream it’s way too expensive to just have to throw it away .

I came at 7:20 just to get hot cheetos with chamoy and online says hey close at 7:30. No one was at the front and no one ever came up to attend me. I understand coming before closing can be inconvenient but you are still open. Waited 5 minutes and still no one came to the front!

My kids love this place. It’s like a upgraded ice cream truck in the mall! They have chips which can be topped with nacho cheese jalapeños etc…. they have ice cream and bars. They have something for everyone!!!

I came here on May 22. This La Michoacana is a little overpriced. The watermelon juice coast almost $7 and the Yogurt Con Fruta coast $11 but it bigger than most La Michoacana locations. The watermelon juice tastes really diluted. I hope for somerthing that coast $7 would taste more like watermelon. The Yogurt Con Fruta was good but it gave me food poisoning or either Din Tai Fung gave me food poisoning, that night. That’s all I had that day.

Their regular size looks more like a small.
1/3 of the cup was filled with cheese, which made it extremely salty.
Not worth the price at all.

I bought a bottled water here in La Michoacana torrance inside the mall.i was stunned about the price ..the price of bottled water $4.16 OMG ,the brand of bottled water is dasani and it’s small.u can buy it only a dollar in other store..i have no choice i cannot find vending machine to buy water.i won’t ever buy water in this store even though i’m so parched i don’t buy anymore it riff you off the price ..over pricing
