After reading several recent negative reviews, I was leery of the service, wait time, and even quality of food. Our visit was at 6:45 on a Thursday. There was no wait time, but several families left as we walked in. Most tables were taken and several larger groups were enjoying birthday dinners. (The birthday girls all enjoyed serenades from the staff. ) Our waiter promptly took our drink orders and brought them to us. We ordered items from the Mesquite Grill. The bean soup came out quickly and was very flavorful. Our two meals were grilled tilapia and grilled shrimp, both with cilantro lime rice. The shrimp were big and cooked great. The tilapia was a little tougher on the thin edges but still very good. We’ll be back for sure!

This is my family’s go to place for authentic Mexican food. We love it here. They portions are HUGE and we always take home a Togo box. Service is pleasant and not overly pushy. Come early because there is usually a wait on the weekends

Polo G was awesome, clean establishment with friendly staff large selection of food items on their menu easy access and lots of parking.
We order a guacamole and Tacos Mexican Tacos and both were outstanding and nice portion for the price!
Rice was a little bland (for my taste)could use more seasoning but cooked to perfection!!
A must come back to it and enjoy again!

This was just ok for me, nothing exceptional. Service lackluster. Requested extra napkins received two. Large portions for meal yet just didn’t seem exceptional quality wise. I was not even found of the salsa and cheese. The chips seemed to be on the edge of being stale.

So I’m never this person, but I’ve never had this bad of an experience. You barely have any food for your money which isn’t the bad part. The service is TERRIBLE. I’ve had better at McDonald’s. We had a coupon through a TCHS fundraiser we were going to use. Key word is WERE. They refused to acknowledge it until something was said over and over. Then our waitress tried claiming we didn’t tell her. It was on the table at the end for her to see & we repeatedly said we wanted whatever the coupon was good for. Brought us what we thought it was good for and then they refused to honor it at checkout. Then when you’re trying to talk to them and explain how you told the waitress about the coupon multiple times, they ignore you & start speaking to each other. Not to mention while I was eating and waiting we were only checked on once, and I could visibly see the workers standing staring looking me up and down. It was over all very uncomfortable and we will never be back!!

Not one to leave reviews, but my parents picked up two Togo plates of rice 2 bags of chips and a salsa and was charged $46! I tried to cancel but they showed up to the table with it, and my mother didn’t have a heart to tell them no, so she just paid. $46 dollars? I feel as if they took advantage of my mother as other places we called after were just under half of what they charged. Margaritas are great, food is okay, but this is not okay. Thanks for taking advantage of your customers who frequent the place!
