So it’s overall good I’ve come twice. Love it though on my second visit I got the wings and when I bit into them the taste was that of rotted meat. You know the smell when you have chicken out too long? That was the taste. It’s weird since the rest of the food was great but the wings were, no they were rotted. This is the main reason for the two star. I do hope this isn’t a regular occurrence. So as far as I can tell avoid the wings. I wanted to tell the guy about it but he didn’t seem to understand.

Paid around $14 for just one bagel! Me and my boyfriend actually could not believe the price but i was really hungry so we got the food. Ended up tasting mediocre at best, which was really upsetting. Not sure if we’ll be coming back here.

Made the HUGE mistake of using the women’s restroom after ordering. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Mind you, this was in the morning – not cleaned the night before? morning of? EVER? Clearly the facilities are never cleaned. There was a ring of thick feces around the inside of the toilet, watered down “soap”, no towels in dispensary. How do employees keep clean? Never again. Take some pride in your establishment. Could not eat after experiencing that. Can’t imagine how the food areas are kept.

There was a issue with something they make and it was resolved but not without some attitude bc of the pride in the place. Nothing wrong with that. I’m not a Karen n I don’t act like one n not every white female complaining is one. Thank you for replacing it, but I didn’t order a side of arrogant snark. I bought something with the last of the money I had and so I obviously was upset it tasted spoiled. The bagels are amazing. But I have NO idea what kind of bacon was on my egg, chs n bacon sandwich. Tasted like Styrofoam and had the texture of jerky but had a crust that was like jelly. Didn’t even taste like bacon. Sorry, I’m American and I believe in Pork bacon. Please don’t take an American classic and fudge it up. I’ma meat cutter by trade so don’t tell me I don’t know my meat. That’s something I know better than most of the population of this great nation we call home. Again, the bagels are amazing, tho!!
