We were at the airport picking up a family member and hadn’t eaten dinner. We don’t have a Red Robin in Terre Haute so we went there. It was around 7:30 so not too busy, still a little loud in there. We got a table right away and got waited on right away. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The food was great and fixed perfectly. I got the whiskey burger with the garlic parmesan on them. I highly recommend these foods. Great place to get great food.

The food was ok. Even though I asked the server to hold the bacon from my burger , he brought the food with bacon then proceeded to tell me it was the kitchen staffs fault . Floors are dirty stained with food . Utensils have droplets of dry un wiped water on them I asked for an exchange of fork and knives the new ones were dirtier . The place seems to be going down the drain .

I am not sure why we always seem to pass this place up and rarely stop here. Maybe because there is like 15 different places serving burgers in the 10 mile radius. However I will say Red Robin has a pretty appealing deal with 9.99 burger and (bottomless) fries, $4 small margaritas (happy hour). Best part of the entire meal is the $2.99 Caesar salad….wow impressive! There aren’t too many places I can go that will feed me for dinner then also lunch the next day for under $20. Pretty darn good deal….Uploaded some photos and even though it wouldn’t be at my top burger spot to recommend: that would go to culver’s (BOGO double burger deal), I would atleast not hesitate to mention it as a big competitor especially with the bottomless fries offering

I’ve been to this location before and truly enjoyed it. But this time it was not great. The best thing was our server who seemed extremely busy but pleasant. The portions of Red Robin has seemed to have diminished drastically compared to the last time I visited. My cheeseburger was tiny compared to the last time I was there. It was made incorrectly to begin with and the queso was orange (when they replaced it because it was made wrong I observed the correct whitish yellow color. We couldn’t take advantage of bottomless friends because the kitchen couldn’t provide them “too busy” it was not a great experience

On a Monday night, the place was dead with the exception of a couple of other people. We had a birthday party, 16 people. We were informed before we ordered that they were out of fries?! There were several people working there, but the service was horrendous. It was slow and our waitress seemed to be confused the whole time. Will probably be adding this location to my black list.

Great location with great service. When I got here, they were not busy at all. So I was seated right away.
Disappointed to see my favorite burger the black and bleu burger be discontinued but they have in other really good burgers. So I got the mushroom and Swiss burger instead and that was really good. The burger was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. And the garlic fries were great.

Is coming 30 minutes before closing cutting it too close? Showed up at 9:30 when they close at 10. Walked up to the door and held the door open for my wife. someone works in the kitchen cuts in front of my wife and then walks in and goes straight to the back. All of the chairs were up in the tables and there was no one there at the host stand. Waited for a minute or 2 and walked out. We were obviously not wanted.

We had a larger party that included several children. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was prepared exactly as ordered. Everyone enjoyed thier meal.

Dear Management,
First off, I am normally a really lenient & friendly reviewer but I have to be honest on this one. On Friday, April 29, 2022 at 9:30p, It took almost 25 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was more than half empty. When we walked, we were barely greeted as the greeter acted as if she could not speak. Shelly our waitress on the other hand did a phenomenal job as she was very timely, responsive & professional! If it were not for Shelly, if it were possible, this review would have been a 0 star all the way but ONLY because of Shelly; it will receive a 1 star.
We ordered 2 Royal Robin Burgers with one of them being a Double for an extra $3; we also ordered side salads and endless sweet potato fries which were very cold & the side salad was good but they only gave me about 9 fries so after 2 bites, I was needing to ask for more already. I also asked for no mayo on my burger and they gave me extra mayo.
The bathrooms were filthy and the silverware & cups were not clean either.
Thank God that my wife’s food was decent or this would have been a complete waste of a trip.
I don’t know what it is but it seems as if the quality of restaurants in Indianapolis and surrounding areas are going downhill. I know people have bad days but this is getting a little ridiculous.
I definitely would not be returning to this location.
Please do better Red Robin as this is extremely unacceptable.
