Pretty good food. Knowledgeable staff. Seemed short handed. Food came out in a decent timeframe. They are always best for ice cream. They run pretty good daily specials as well. All in all I’d recommend this restaurant.

Hours need to be more consistent. Says open until 10pm on the webpage but went to the store and it’s closed at 9pm. No food anymore or orange Julius (but the Tomah one does). Half the time you order a Blizzard it’s half full. I can see them losing a lot of business if they don’t figure it out.

Ordered a kids cone with sprinkles put into dish instead of cone to make it easier for 3 year old to eat and I had the Ice cream cake in a cup. The guy had put the ice cream in a cone and was going to put on sprinkles and the girl said sorry I forgot it goes in a cup. Anyway the cone sat on the side while new ice cream was put into the plastic cup with maybe a teaspoon of sprinkles. Then they threw the ice cream cone in the garbage. What a waste. For the 2 ice cream orders were almost $10. That’s a bit high if you ask me. Won’t be stopping there anytime soon

This Dairy Queen used to be great but over the last year it’s gotten progressively worse. We ordered 4 blizzards and what we received were so melted we could have drank them through a straw. You can’t complain though because management is non exisent and the place is run by high schoolers who couldn’t care less about the product they serve. At this rate I’d be surprised to see them still in business next year. We’ll stick with Culvers.

This store is very inconsistent. One minute the food is great, the other it’s terrible. Management doesn’t care in the least bit about a customer’s issue, and their own employees don’t know the schedule. When the food is good, it’s a great place, and the pup cup makes the whole family happy. However, it’s a crapshoot on whether you’ll get decent food, if you can get it at all. A couple years ago we loved this place; we now go elsewhere.

Linty icecream. Got an ice cream cupcake thing and when I opened it the top was covered with a layer of dust and lint (think little hair particles). Brought it up with one of the workers and they said I could take another. That was was also covered in a layer of dust and lint??? I’m just kinda confused how this even happened and why they are all like this.
Also oh my goodness were the cupcakes expensive. No price tag on or near them, only found out the price at checkout. They were $7 for 1
