food is decent. but workers attitudes need to be put in check. audibly saying “oh my god” under your breath when someone WITH SENSORY ISSUES, doesn’t want onion or tomatoes is far beyond unprofessional. i understand people have bad days, but that was uncalled for.

I was order at night time at 10:05pm when I arrived I saw the employee talk and laughing and I was waiting almost 30 minutes while that time I saw them put their hand to clean with their pants and grab or pick up the food to customers when I arrived home I open omg my food look very mess up .

Everytime I go here they mess up my order today 9-26 1243 pm they take my order and then I look and the burgers have no buns I go inside and ask them what was going on and they said we’re out of buns so we’re using sourdough bread without informing me they didn’t have buns they proceeded to not give me the number for management or refund my order they were extremely rude I will never return to this location again

If I could put 0 I would co workers and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional they don’t care about customer satisfaction lots of yellling and talking bad on the customers after they leave food was cold and mostly pink would never step a foot in this bk again definitely worth the drive to Warwick west shore I drive there and I’m 30 minutes away everything taste fresh just a little salty sometimes

This has to be the most disgusting Burger King ive ever been to, waited in line over 20 mins ended up leaving before placing an order, the slowest employees, it was obvious the manager didnt care either, im so happy i was unable to get food here, after using there filthy bathroom, i can imagine the cooking area wasnt clean either, this place needs to close cause they give Burger King a bad image!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!

Terrible service 1/18/25 @ 4:15-4:30 order 12 piece chicken fry meal with a coke and a small fry on the side. Girl at speaker asked me 3 times to repeat myself which is fine, doesn’t forget to ask if I want to donate and like always doesn’t get the order correct. Gives me 6 chicken fries in my meal with cold fry’s and the young guy who handed it to me through the window was not pleasant at all as if I owe him something. If you hate your job quit honestly. This place really need a some staff that actually cares I never get the correct order in the evenings never get napkins or decent service it’s always like I’m bothering them. I stopped going here because the service is terrible. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week now it’s once a month if I’m in a rush. The manager needs to train staff better or hold them accountable. Also wanted to point out I was the only person in my drove through.

Got a simple order wrong 3 times. I gave up. They were completely out of sorts when the place was basically empty. The food was sub-sub par. The owner must be aware what a terrible place they have. Worst BK I’ve ever been to. The onion rings were old and soggy. Be ashamed of yourselves. Terrible.
