I’v had some bad fast food in my life, but this is top of all of them. After custom rude person like service, finally got my burger and it was cold. I men cold not warm, i asked politely and quite if they can help with this and fix for me. She didnt say nothing, i left burger on the counter. Minute later she came with same burger, just wrapped in additional package and left on my desk. And of course, cold again. People that make and service this burger really should be ashamed…but they are not. Just clueless 20s. gen

I felt like the employees could have done a better job acknowledging me when I walked up to order. Once they took my order the service was pretty swift. My food was ok. I’d do it again.

To be honest, I don’t know if the quality of food at Carl’s Jr. has gone down or if it was just the specific location, however, the western bacon cheeseburger was not as good as I remember it. Additionally, in terms of customer service, I was standing at the counter by myself in an empty restaurant that was not busy, and the workers even saw me standing there, but all of them were just talking amongst themselves until one of them decided to come up and ask for my order about three minutes into me standing there. The only reason why I waited so long was because I was looking up at the menu, however, that is not an excuse to wait so long for service, especially when I was the only person there and they were just talking amongst themselves about random non-work matters. This location is connected to a Loves gas station, which is used to seeing mainly travelers and truckers, however, that was no excuse for the bland quality of the food and the subpar customer service. I hate leaving negative reviews however I have to be honest, I don’t think I’ll be coming back, unfortunately.

My favorite over all burgers the Double Western with extra sauce and Jalapeños. Even currently in CA it doesn’t taste this good.
Place is super clean.
Staff is good but not great the first time they over cooked the onion rings and the bacon.

Truck stop or not, this place is actually very good. The staff was friendly and professional, and worked hard to keep up with orders from many customers. The place is remarkably clean even with lots of people in/out of it. Have to say, the food here beats out the orange and white place (WB). They even brought the order out to the table. Came out hit & fresh. Will definitely detour there if in the area and needing a quick meal.

This location has been so amazing! I am a Truck driver and I was dreading eating fast food again. The wonderful gentleman at the register helped me with a selection that I would enjoy. I then I went to find a table. And even though the lobby was busy, it was clean and inviting. Nothing was sticky and I wasn’t dreading having to sit next to smelly trash cans. This place really made a difference for me today^_^ thank you^_^

I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr location multiple times, every time I come here the service is great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered the Beyond Famous Star Burger and my husband the Super Star. We ordered meals and onion rings, they even asked us what sauces we wanted for our meal. They brought our meal to our table, it had ketchup, the sauces, and plenty napkins. The burgers were great the service was great too. I definitely recommend this Carl’s Jr. I will continue to come here.

I came in a little after 6:00 p.m. on New Year’s Day. I do not know if it’s normally this busy or if everybody were craving handbreaded chicken in charbroiled burgers all at the same time but it was extremely busy. They were definitely understaffed only three ladies working. Now this is where most people would complain about how long it took or whatever other reason but these three ladies hustled in the back dropping their fried foods making their sandwiches taking care of the front and drive-thru All while doing it with a smile. Yes it did take over 20 minutes for me to receive my food but I will say it was definitely the freshest fast food I have ever had. In that 20 minutes a few other workers showed up I don’t know if they were called in or scheduled to start but I told one of the three ladies that all three of them need to take a break once everything’s caught back up. Now I’m not writing this for people to make their decision if they’re coming to this location or not I’m writing this in hopes that it reaches higher managers or possibly the owner. The three ladies working this evening worked like a very fine well tuned machine and did it without being angry or rude to any customers. That is extremely hard to find so I hope you appreciate their hard work and let them know they are appreciated.

First time at a Carl’s Jr’s. Pretty good experience. The food was typical fast food. Nothing to brag about. The service was great, got my food very fast, like in 5 min. The facility was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
