I ordered the new fiery pepperoni pizza and a steak and cheese sub. My sub was burnt, found a bone about an inch long in it. The pizza was not even cut. We had to cut the pizza at home. The pizza could not even be picked up by the slice because it was floppy (it wasn’t really done) Not to mention no gloves were worn at any given time. Watched them handle money then place their hands in the cheese. I took pictures! We placed our order and was told 20 to 30 minutes. We got there about 5 minutes early. They had not even started the pizza or the sub. Another 15 plus minutes longer (we waited in the car) we finally got the food. Not happy at all. I’d rather eat gas station pizza at this point.

Great spot local to me, always pleasant on pickup in the shop. Never gotten delivery so can’t say how that is or if they use actual drivers or door dash. Always on point, slightly higher priced than competition but good Za.

I don’t know why i keep giving them my business. My latest order was a mess. The pizza was dry and the sub was a mess. I don’t think they try at all over there.
Update 7-2-22 I ordered a salad with 4 Blu cheese dressings. No croutons. The pictures are what I got. Justin the manager refunded my money after saying they’re at the end of their salad and that’s why it’s wilted. Though he couldn’t tell me who he was refunding . This store is a Lost cause.

I never received my food. I called in to tell them and was told I was lying and that the “general manager” had delivered it and that she believed them over me. I offered to supply camera evidence and was told that wouldn’t matter. Apparently the general manager left it outside the main hall door next to the street and it was stolen. She said he got confused on which apartment it was in the hall so instead of calling me he just left it in a random location. Also my hall has only 6 units and they are all clearly numbered on the door. She refused to hear any of this and just kept repeating since it was her “general manager” that I had to be wrong. Will never eat Marcos again. Insane treatment.

Dont sleep on Marco’s! This is our favorite pizza spot. We eat it about 2 times a week! It’s always hot and fresh, they have the best crust, and their fast with your order! We are always satisfied with Marco’s.

I have to say this. Two days ago we got a Marcos large Pizza and two steak and cheese Subs. The food was excellent. We ordered from the Marcos on Smithville Rd. at Wilmington. The only problem was they just don’t put enough Mayo on the Steak and Cheese. My wife asked for extra Mayo but I had to take the sub apart and add my own. I am not taking anything from the review because of this. Just . maybe put it in your computer. Thanks for the cracked red pepper and Parmesan cheese packs. Very tasty!! Keep up the good work. No longer a Cassano fan: G.and KJ Miles.

WE FOUND A METAL NUT IN OUR PIZZA, you can even see how it was cooked into the pizza. They tried to offer us a credit or re make the pizza, yeah no. After this I’m not eating here again and I would be very careful about eating here in the future.

Delivery was quick since I didn’t order a huge amount. They allow modifications on the salads and the garden salad was fresh and crispy. The meatball sub was delicious and I love a good meatball sub. Will be ordering again.
