EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i order a crunch wrap surpreme they make it normal even though i put no tomato’s or cheese sauce. I am allergic to tomatoes and this ruins my meal every single time. it’s always this exact location too. do better.

We ordered a late night drive thru order and went home. To our surprise we had 50% ingredients missing. We took pictures of it and showed them in our next order. The people working there are very compassionate. The gentleman we first spoke patiently listened to our concerns and called the lady manager. She came and immediately said sorry for what happened and gave us 3 coupons and gave us a complementary same order again and said she made with her own hands. She won our hearts. I liked the way they( Taco Bell) corrected the mistake . We live nearby and will always come back . By the way we are regular customers and we always like this place. Hence well deserved 5 stars.

Couldn’t tell you about the food or anything. Really sad. Stood at counter for 10 minutes. Was never acknowledged as even being there. Nobody even said I’ll be with you in a minute or can I help you. Had two line cooks refuse to make eye contact and 3 others, 1 working the window, make eye contact and look away. So we just decided to go next door to skyline where we were immediately greater an treated like human beings.

I ordered from Uber Eats tonight. A Crunchwrap combo meal with a black bean Crunchwrap, a taco supreme with beans (not beef) & a diet Mtn Dew no ice. I added a potato soft taco because why not. I got my order, I had two tacos & a burrito? I check everything. Nope. The tacos were both potato tacos, with ONLY dry crusty potatoes & cheese, nothing else (no lettuce OR sauce), I didn’t get my taco supreme. The mystery burrito that should’ve been a black bean Crunchwrap? A basically empty bean burrito that the tortilla was so dry it broke apart by barely touching it. Oh, my diet Mtn Dew no ice? I can’t tell if it’s diet because I’m upset, but also IT IS FULL OF ICE. I complained to Uber & got a refund, but also because this was so incredibly horrible, I called the store (nicely) & spoke to the supervisor (who was nice!) & just explained everything & expressed that I wouldn’t feed this to my dead dog or the stray cats around here. They (we) deserve better. He was quick to hang up (I don’t blame him, maybe short staffed, but also probably didn’t want to chat or hear me complain.)

This isn’t the first time this location has been utterly disappointing over the years either; the breakfast is always dry & they must fry their hash browns for days because they taste like nothing, but crunchy air. Every. Single. Time.

This store truly needs quality control ASAP. I’m not blaming tonight’s supervisor, but someone on the 7/25 dinner shift needs to be trained better or learn how to read. I will happily go out of my way to go to the Billingsley store from here on out. How disappointing.

*I rarely leave negative reviews as, it’s not my thing, but holy smokes how disgusting & disappointing when I waited 40 minutes for my food just for it to be wrong & not just wrong, everything was AWFUL! I threw every last bit in the trash except the napkins.
(Delivery because I’m not cleared to drive yet as I just had surgery)*

Ordered two cheese quesadillas, what should’ve been the safest possible thing you could order at a fast food place.
With in hours of eating them, I’ve broken out in a sweat, diarrhea, have stomach cramps and started to violently projectile vomit in my sink. I had to call off work for food p0isoning.
Taco bell was the only meal I had that day, besdies snacks & smoothies. I was completely fine before hand, nothing else caused this but improper food safety.
Ive never puked this much, this hard in my life. It physically hurts at this point, Im never eating here again like actually. This food is absolutely ruined for me now. Every hour for 8 hours Id puke, started at midnight and kept going till 8 in the morning. Im so sick I may have to go to urgent care.

Besides the actual food p0isoning, when I payed for my order with cash I was given my quesadillas but not my change. So when I sat there and asked for it I was told “we dont have any quarters-” and she shut the window. When I didnt drive away and asked for it anyway, I dont care what coins it comes in, the other male employees gathered around the register to count out my change.
When they asked how much I was owed, the girl who processed my order said “42 cents” in a dismissive tone like Im the inconvenience for wanting my money. She hadnt even given me my change, let alone offered it, so Im unsure as to how I was the bad guy for wanting it. Even if it’s just “42 cents”.

The food was not worth all this. The employee was rude, and I should’ve saved the $12 because it’s costing me way more to call off work now due to food poisoning.

Employee was very nice. I didn’t actually look at my food until I got to my destination.
The Steak Dip Burritos were a lot smaller than I expected. They were not even close to what is pictured and definitely not worth the price.

Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a minute the crunch wrap supreme was beautifully made, and well sealed. Employee Grant Cunningham was the best Taco Bell employee I’ve ever met.

We spent over $50 on our order, just to receive 8 tacos that looked like this! We live over an hour away so no going back to complain. Wouldn’t answer their phone when I tried to call and complain. This is absolutely ridiculous. We asked for NO LETTUCE, we still wanted some beef and cheese on the taco!

Bought 12 items here for my family to eat dinner, and every single item was old, crusty, cold, and somehow burnt at the same time. Rice was mushy and crunchy at the same time, meat was ice cold, shells were old and stale, cinnamon twists taste like dirty dish water, and to top it off when we throw away the majority of our uneaten $40 meal, we visit the restroom and find that it doesn’t have a working soap dispenser, so the food was likely made with unwashed toilet hands. If the food had been good enough to actually consume, we would’ve been driven away by the fact that the restaurant was ice cold and the staff were noisy and obnoxious. There’s enough Taco Bell’s out there, this one should be shut down for more than the obvious health violations.
