Came out for a friend’s birthday. The music was great, and the bar and hookah staff were friendly and attentive. Security was also really nice and made sure me and my friends were okay throughout the night. However, the drinks are pricey and the cost already includes a tip/service fee. The hookah is about $47 with the tip/service fee included, and refills are around $18, which is definitely on the pricey side. There’s also no re-entry allowed. Make sure to grab a seat at the bar early if you want somewhere to sit. I went on a Saturday night and it actually wasn’t very crowded how we expected but overall the night turned out well.

My friend booked my birthday get together there… it was 12 of us total… The place was ok, nothing fancy… the whole staff was really nice… music was a vibe… the food I had was really good… the cheesesteak rolls was amazing… I loved the wings and my chicken and waffles was pretty good… I truly enjoyed myself… the downside was that day there was only 1 person in the kitchen so the food took forever and one of my guest didn’t get her food until it was time to give up our section; because we didn’t order a certain amount of bottles (I believe they wanted us to buy 4 ) we could only have the section for 2hrs.

1st time & I liked it. Great place to chill after work, celebrate a birthday party or go out. The wings were on point, drinks(better off taking shots. Felt like you were drinking water from all the ice). They also have hookah & bottle service. Recommend getting there early cos I does get packed. Overall, it’s a great place, check it out.

I came here for happy hour yesterday, and it was a nice vibe. Great music, good appetizers, and friendly service. My cons would be the drinks taste like juice, so I would recommend you stick with just shots. Also, they add an 18% service charge without explanation. I asked the bartender if this was the automatic gratuity, which I would’ve been fine with because the service was great, but she said this is a charge that the house benefits from this wasn’t her automatic tip I’m against that mandatory service charge, and then you still need to tip the server. Beware of this charge because had I known about this ahead of time, I wouldn’t have come. There is no good reasoning for 18% service charge and then a tip which is on average 18-20%. That is outrageous. The bartender did the work, so therefore, they should collect the service charge only as their tip, and then if you want to give additional, that would be even better.

I’m a regular and usually enjoy my time here for the food, service, cleanliness, etc. However, the Eagles opening game night was disappointing. Keem, PLEASE DO SOMETHING. No one wants to hear music instead of the game. Numerous attendees complained and asked for the change to be made. What about the blind people?! Great place, not for game night.

I came through to leave a review for Daja, one of the bartenders. Daja has been rocking with Suite4Eleven for a while; she’s just a whole vibe! It’s her customer service, attentiveness, energy, and that smile! She definitely aims to please, and her drinks are amazing! If you’re the indecisive one when it comes to drinks, just tell her what you’re in the mood for, and she will make it happen. I would recommend the fish bowl. You can find Daja working most nights; go EARLY and she services customers on the right side of the bar from the front door, however on a busy night, you might see her on both sides helping out the other girls. Go check her out and see what my hype is all about… tip her good too

Went here for one of my girlfriend’s birthday celebrations. I typically don’t go out to lounges or places that give a club like scene but this place was actually decent. I will say that the music was a tad bit too loud for the size space it is. The only struggle was trying to order food and drinks because the bartender and i couldn’t hear each other. But other than that, the DJ that was there Friday night was fire. Reminded me of back in the day parties. He kept the place live. It wasn’t too overly crowded. The food was really good. My wife and I ordered the cheesesteak eggroll platter and it came with this sauce that idk what it was but when I say it was so good! Overall, i loved the vibes and I would definitely come back.

I’ve been to this establishment 3 times and I’ve enjoyed my experience more and more each visit. The vibe, the music, the food, and hookah is a 10/10! If your looking for a different vibe outside of Philly, Suite 411 is the place to go!
