This was probably the nicest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. Most times I have gone to one of their establishments the staff usually acts annoyed that someone has come in and the atmosphere is usually very lax. Not the case with this location. Immediately when I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful and got me my online order immediately. The restaurant was also very clean and well kept.

Ordered a “Big John” combo from Jimmy Johns. Got it just now. I ordered no veggies, got two slices of roast beef and mayo. Worst Jimmy John’s experience ever. Big fan of the chain, will never visit this location again. Recommend the same to everyone else. Find a different location. Shameful.

Just spent 31 dollars for a giant sub and definitely will not be finishing it. The roast beef taste like its EXPIRED or just not fresh. Definitely off putting taste that isn’t right. Kinda letting me down considering I’ve always liked jj in the past. Well thats 31 dollars wasted.

The auburn location got me out of a huge bind today! When I realized my delivery order hadn’t arrived for my teams lunch and I realized I had made an error on the delivery date this team didn’t hesitate on trying to help me out! They figure out a way to get my team their lunch in a little over an hour of me calling asking for help! Thank you Auburn Way team!
