The auburn location got me out of a huge bind today! When I realized my delivery order hadn’t arrived for my teams lunch and I realized I had made an error on the delivery date this team didn’t hesitate on trying to help me out! I had the greatest, most heart warming experience at Jimmy John’s tonight. A older customer came into your location that was both blind and deaf. He was having a hard time finding his way to the counter, got turned around near the bathroom, and then it came time to order. The young gentleman at the counter was a pro, I would have assumed helped this customer 100 times. Using a Sharpie, a scratch piece of paper, drawing letters on his hand, and a kind human touch, his order was taken and prepared. I sat nearby watching it all unfold, and walked away from this experience in awe of what I observed. Thank you for making my sandwich, making my night, and reminding me that genuine kindness like this still exists.

Ordered a “Big John” combo from Jimmy Johns. Got it just now. I ordered no veggies, got two slices of roast beef and mayo. Worst Jimmy John’s experience ever. Big fan of the chain, will never visit this location again. Recommend the same to everyone else. Find a different location. Shameful.

Ok…im done…never ordering from here again…dont order out for food while im at work very often but when i do its from here..ive ordered from here probably 6 times in the last year and it never fails…there is ALWAYS something missing in the order…all 4 times…done with this location period…once or even twice is fine but now its just ridiculous
