I was able to stop here at a layover and my gate was directly across from it so I had to try it!
I wanted the bacon pretzel burger but they said they couldn’t make it. So I went with the sliders and the truffle fries. Truffle fries were amazing. Even my friend who wasn’t hungry at the time couldn’t stop grabbing more after trying one fry. The sliders were delicious too!
I will say, if you are in a rush to get to your gate/flight or you are just pressed for time in general, don’t order a burger here. It will probably take longer than you’re hoping. But I personally thought my wait was worth it because the burgers were delicious. Not your average fast food burger. Definitely better quality.

The burger tasted good, but it was very difficult to enjoy when they make you wait 45 min for your food. We ordered 3 burgers and not a single order was right. Our French fries were soggy and the meat was not cooked to what we had asked for. Pretty disappointing place for what they make it out to be.

I stopped in for a layover and grabbed their Pretzel Bacon Burger. It was totally amazing! One of the better burgers that I’ve had. Perfectly cooked, medium well but juicy. The truffle fries were fantastic as well. So delicious!! And great timing to get food, eat it comfortably, and get to my layover. Definitely recommend!!

I would describe this BGR as a very upscale fast food. I’m sure the 9.29 Wellington burger is great (onions shrooms truffles & Bleu). I opted for the Ahi Tuna sandwich. Grilled from scratch. Medium rare, cooked but pink & juicy. Pineapple, teriyaki, ginger.

Beware of highly unprofessional employees like Shawn W. OMG, needs to be fired asap. Whoever owns this location (BWI airport – near Gate B6), save your business and find someone else. One hour observing this employee and you will see for yourself. (White t-shirt guy, Shawn, is now arguing with the manager – wow). SMH

They made sure I knew the wait time before I ordered my burger, which is very much appreciated when at the airport! My connecting flight was delayed due to the weather, so I decided to try some local food while I waited. My cheeseburger was delicious, and the free refill was great!

The food was good, the service was fair. I want to leave a 3.5 review but that is impossible. This food took quite some time to be cooked. The person taking my order could not hear what was saying and didn’t know the prices. I ask for well on the burger and it was.. a little too well. There were hella holes dug in like somebody stabbed it looking for pink. I went up and there was nobody in line, still took 20 minutes to get my burger. If in a hurry, make other plans.

This is one of my favorite places to eat period, not just inside an airport. I’ve been here multiple times on multiple trips, had different servers each time and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Always fast, always fresher than fresh, the servers are always polite, and the food is exquisitely delicious. This place is well worth going to regardless of which terminal you’re flying into or out of. Absolute kudos to whoever owns and manages this place because it is top notch, on par with outside restaurants that cost 10 times as much.

My burger was amazing. I got the Pretzel Bacon burger. It might have been better with American cheese.. but it was still great. The wait was a while, but it was definitely worth it. I almost got back in line and ordered a second one to eat when I get home. I will make it a point to eat here again if I have time between flights.

The cashier was very nice and efficient. Burger itself took a while and was kinda of dry generally, but at least not greasy. I had severe intestinal distress indicative of possible food poisoning 6 hours later 4/19/23. Updated 4/21: still sick. Personally will never eat at bgr again. Not worth what I paid for the burger
