No words to describe the amazing experience this was. The food was a 10/10 no questions asked, our waiter Marco was fast and attentive and the place was very nice. I will come back and recommend others to come whenever I Can! Loved it!

Overlooking New Rochelle Harbor in the location of the previous Patsys Pizza, this seafood restaurant delivered surprisingly good food from a great menu. Octopus and dozen west coast oysters were delicious and the risotto was also excellent. Atmosphere was a little sedate but could be due to the weather and time of year – will definitely repeat.

Came for the Hudson Valley restaurant week. Food quality was great. Every dish was full of flavors. Including the desserts. Service could be a bit better, it would be better if server could check with us more frequently. Other than this, good experience overall and would recommend this place for sure.

I would say that they could easily get a 5 but need to attend to a couple of issues.
– The entrance and the entire seating straight into the kitchen was a wind tunnel.
I came in with our son and was greeted I told the woman I was waiting for my wife who came in 30 seconds later. We stood there in an Arctic blast tunnel for 5 minutes. Then all dinner long the moment anyone opens the door we’re freezing.
The place needs a wind : weather break.
– the table got filled with crumbs and beans and onions and stuff from our bread from appetizers. The table stayed dirty until dessert came. We had to ask for a second bread twice since it took forever for the appetizers to come.
– the coffee, not so good
Now the positives
– the table setting’s were very nice as were the table cloths and chairs. This was great and provided perceived value and upscale setting.
– I know this sounds weird but the table water was really good tasted clean and refreshing.
– my vodka and tonic, right on the money. And I have to tell you maybe 2 out of 10 places get this simple drink right. Kudos
– the appetizers were scrumptious, the flavors the mixture of taste and texture were brilliant.
We had baked clams and octopus broiled. The sauce for both was delicious.
– For main course my son had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Okay everyone does it right? Well the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted grass fed organic. So delicious.
My wife and I shared the huge porterhouse steak. My goddnessssss my god it was perfect, I mean just perfect. The wellness and the char were mouthwatering and nearly orgasmic. A suggestion, the onions and mushrooms were delicious but nearly nonexistent, you don’t need to smother but don’t be scarce.
Desert was equally delicious. We had the chocolate lava and the pistachio cheesecake. Both were the perfect ending to a very special and unique meal experience.

This location use to be Patsy’s, but now became Kenny’s. The restaurant itself has gone through an upgrade since its Patsy’s days. The bathrooms have been moved closer to the entrance & thank you for installing urinals that use water. Instead of just 1 bar, now there’s 2. The steps are gone to make it more handicapped & elderly accessible. The only steps here now is just to the smaller bar. The tables have been improved upon & so have the chairs. The chairs have more cushion for your butt now. The area that was once outside dining has been enclosed for the new bar & a lot more table dining has been added along with 4 skylights. Very, nice. You still have your view of the water with the sail boats. They also expanded their kitchen capacity. I did recognize half the staff that transitioned from Patsy’s to Kenny’s, so service remains good. The food has also remained good as well.
As for an update as of 12/20/25, the parkinglot is now open. Parking is now available & free after a long reconstruction period.

This one is simple…just go there!! Everything is as delicious as these pics. Used to be of the Patsy’s franchise but now privately renamed by same owner.
Oh I have to add…the most honest staff to be found. I left my pocket book there and dud not even know it until they called the next day to say they opened it and found my business card only because no one had come to pick it up in the 24 hrs it was there.

It was out first time visiting Kenny’s, we loved it!! The ambiance is incredible and the food is delicious. Our server Luis made sure we had the best experience. overall outstanding and will definitely come back.

I was able to talk to the co-owner about the renovations and can report that it has a great atmosphere. The service felt very professional and personal. My complaint to the Chiefs because everything was very tasty and perfectly prepared. I certainly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend the restaurant.
