They charged us 3% to use a credit card but you don’t know it until you see it on the receipt. They have no sign at the register saying as such. If I knew that I’d have paid cash. I told the manager they ought to have a sign but she just looked at me like I was stupid. I came back 3 days later- still no sign. Do I need to get loud in front of other customers?

This is really expensive food to be serving at such low quality. Ordered spicy tenders and they were all over cooked and also seemed old like they had been sitting out. Our roll was cold to the touch and not at all pillowy or buttery like I’ve grown fond of. Seriously do better next time. And managers maybe make sure the high-school kids working there actually know how to serve and handle food safely. This isn’t just some summer job, you have a product to make and quality expectations. Don’t make so many tenders and maybe customers won’t be complaining about eating old chicken. Customers should not be asking themselves “what did they do to deserve my business?”

Coming through Brady in route to Llano and stopped in at 1:40pm through the drive thru to get lunch. They were not overly busy. Ordered two tender meals. Food boxes were cold to the touch when I reached in the bag…not a good sign. Both boxes the rolls were smashed flat, fries were cold and tenders were warm. Gravy was lukewarm. What a disappointment!!!

Stopped at the drive through, tried to order liver. They said the fryer was down but they had other stuff apparently. I asked if it was fried because everything there is fried and the girl responded something about 8 minutes so I was just thoroughly confused and told them not to worry about it. Had to wait to get spicy chicken tenders , that’s fine I don’t mind waiting if I going to get hot food .needless to say it wasn’t , fries looked as if they had been reheated multiple times , I unfortunately didn’t get the fresh spicy tenders . I got cold regular ones with cold fries and a cold hard biscuit the only hot thing in my box was my gravy . Complete waste of money . We love chicken express , this was our worst experience by far.
