Last Thursday evening, I visited the store to order a few pastries for the next day. The woman at the counter was very helpful and patient while taking my order. However, when she needed a supervisor to approve an override, the supervisor was surprisingly rude. She told me that if I wanted to place an order again, I should use the app or call by phone. If that’s the case, why even keep the counter open for orders?

Had a terrible experience at this location. The manager Courtney was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our order was missing for be egg and cheese croissant and when we mentioned that it was missing, there was no apology, the person working the drive through said we had to go around the line again and come through the drive thru again because they only heard one sandwich and they were understaffed. When we asked for a manager , she called the manager Courtney and there was no apology from her either, we mentioned we were missing a sandwich to which she replied they all heard just one. This was not only rude but also very disrespectful since she used a very strong tone. When we mentioned we were told to go around through the line again, she said that was policy and that they all heard only one sandwich and continued to repeat that was the policy. When my husband said he would contact corporate she said that was fine and after my husband was trying to ask for more information on how that was policy , she slammed the drive thru window door.
Horrible experience for my husband ,my daughter and me .

Courtney the manager is extremely rude. She told me and my wife in front of our 9 yr old child that we were wrong on what we ordered . When I told her I have 2 other witnesses that I ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants, she said “well we all heard one and we heard correct” my daughter even said she heard when I said I ordered 2 . She got mad and closed the window on me !! She’s rude I can’t believe they hired such a person in Polaris .

I placed an order for delivery via the Panera app with fulfillment by DoorDash. It was originally supposed to be delivered between 5:27 and 5:47, but the order kept getting pushed back later and later, until 6:25. I called the store and they said the order was waiting for a driver. I called DoorDash, and they told me there was a driver but the store hadn’t marked the order as ready. I tried to call the store back. No one answered, so I had to call Panera customer service to get a refund. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued, but the store manager didn’t do that correctly and I had to open a case with Panera. Don’t order delivery from this location unless you want to have a similar frustrating experience.

Wow! What an amazingly clean store. Stopped in while in the area to grab my sip club beverage and use my $1 off reward for a bear claw. This location is incredibly clean. The staff was very friendly and I was impressed with how swift they were to fulfill my online order.

I will return for certain.

Soda fountain was out of Diet Pepsi. Orders were not announced loud enough when ready so you didn’t know when your order was up. But great place to meet with friends for long conversations

Water for tea was cold and there was a hair in my sandwich sticking out from between the cheese. Over priced. $10 for a crappy half a sandwich. I thought we were getting a whole sandwich but it was just a half. When I told the manager I thought we ordered a whole sandwich and wanted another half, she told me I had to pay another $10 for another half. She wouldn’t sell me the other half of a sandwich for the $3 difference for what should have been the whole price sandwich. Bad. I won’t be back!
