You decide… Here’s the scenario. I ordered 2 ft long sandwiches online for pickup in 30 mins. I went right out the door to stop at the store first. The car wouldn’t start. I ran back in the house and told my son to call them. In less than 5mins she said that both sandwiches were made and we couldn’t cancel. My son proceeded to tell her that we couldn’t make it there. Needless to say that was $25 down the drain. I guess for me i don’t understand the NON existent Customer Service. I’m not from Milwaukee and i’ve noticed that at almost any fast food place if they make a mistake it’s “oh well,” but if the customer has an issue you still have to pay with no credit, no nothing. My home city of Madison would’ve easily cancelled the order and left it at that. I’ve spent a nice amount of money at this location, but i guess that doesn’t matter either. Idk maybe i’m bitter, but $25 is a lot of money to get nothing.

Did a pick order the bread was hard and stale also whoever made the sub didn’t follow a lick of instructions far as toppings. This not the first time, the past three times was crappy so I had to leave a review.

Everything added with poor attention with an excuse of not knowing what goes on a Grand Slam. Even worst it took almost 5 minutes for the 3 employees to stop what they were doing and decide to help the customers building up. Very dirty and unkept with empty shelves. This Subway is slowly becoming a mess with my last visit the same instance.

6 inch Black Forest Ham on Italian and Herb Cheese Bread. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green bell peppers, pickles, banana peppers, and American Cheese. So so good. Staff was friendly and polite!

I truly love this wonderful atmosphere. The employees here are African American. Not saying that has any thing to do with the wonderful service. But boy do they care about your experience. Crew greeted us walking in. It was clean,the Sandwich Bar where the food is made,was clean and nicely stocked. Didn’t see any old , dry ingredients sitting there. Employees were Nice,joked with my husband and I! Also clued us in on getting a better deal,if we ordered differently!
