We stopped by this afternoon to redeem my son’s Book It certificate for a free personal pan pizza, and the young woman who helped us at the register was so kind and friendly. She even brought the pizza out to our car when it was ready. The pizza itself looked yummy! My son ate every bite!

This was my own mistake. I have not ordered from this place for over a year. Somehow I though this would maybe be different. Grew up loving pizza hut but had so many issues I gave it up. Today wanted to relive the past.. 3 topping large pizza and breadsticks for $25. I didn’t realize you would get mainly 3 individuals of each toppings on each slice. As you can see its a cheese pizza that looks like they spilled toppings into the cheese. Never been so disappointed. Have worked in food for so long and id be ashamed of that leaving my store.

I’m super disappointed in these Cinnabon Mini Rolls . I know they were going to be “mini,” but COME ON with these right here. Look NOTHING like the advertised photos, They’re not even round . I wasn’t expecting a huge difference in what we did get, but this is quite a bit worse than I expected. I probably wouldn’t even have bothered posting this if it wasn’t for the fact that there is barely any icing. And the cheese sticks were just breadsticks, NOT cheesy at ALL. Both were SOO dry! . ( didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the “cheesesticks” because my kids were starving when I got home and just ate them and they’re the ones that brought it to my attention, saying ‘ we wanted cheese bread not regular breadsticks’. The rating is only for some of the other food, the nice girl in the drive thru and the fact that when I called about it her and the Manager addressed the issue with complete respect and will be making it right on my next visit. Which we will go back to. We just need to make it aware to corporations when things like this happen because food quality for any restaurant should be the first and most important aspect of the business. Reviews are the only way to (sometimes) get their attention.
Update: They did make it right by remaking them and with a credit! Great job by the Owner/Owners, corporate entities for calling me, caring about their products, and making it right

Pulled up to Pizza Hut and was having trouble with Pizza Hut app. Then a pretty young lady named Megan was walking inside Pizza Hut. I signalled her over to my car and she fixed my app issue ! She went above and beyond to help me! She exemplifies what customer service should be. Thank you Megan for being awesome! Thank you Pizza Hut for great pizza!

When is went in to pick up my pizza there was a lady boxing pizzas didn’t even look at me or say anything to me .. I had called in a new pizza bites .worst pizza I ever ate crust was very thin wasn’t much cheese in the bites the pepperoni was greasy. After waiting for 5 min.someone came out of the back ask me if I wanted to order a pizza I explained I had called an order in . The 11 dollor pizza cost me 17 dollars and it was the worst pizza I ever ate. And staff was rude

Can’t give a star on the food since we never received it. Placed an online order, and it said 25 minutes. When we arrived, there was a line around the building with cars of people waiting for their orders. We parked to go in to get our order, only to find the door locked with a note saying the lobby was closed due to construction. So we got in line, and after waiting 20 minutes and the line not moving, my wife checked online and saw our order hadn’t even been started. She called to speak to someone about canceling the order. She waited on hold for over 20 minutes the first time, over 30 minutes the second time, and gave up. While I understand many places were without power afterward and they were slammed, it’s still inexcusable not to answer the phone.

Had delivery on this Ultimate Pizza order and was pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely delicious everything fresh and popping with flavor. Delivery was fast and the driver super nice. This place beats Dominos in every area. It is my new pizza place.
