I read a few reviews that were somewhat or pretty negative. Most of them have one thing in common: Drive through. I never use it. I prefer to go in and talk to the people and enjoy my meals. The portions are full, the food is always hot and fresh and frequently changed out, the staff has always been solid inside. Yes, there are some days they are stressed but they do their best not to let it spill over to the customers. Most of the time they are laughing with each other and having fun. That positive attitude shows in a few ways including very clean restrooms let alone the restaraunt and it shows pride in how they keep the place. I’ve been to this Panda Garden location probably 20x in the last 4 months, always consistent in a good way.

The girl running the drive-thru tonight was the sweetest angel and whoever made the string bean chicken put their heart and SOUL into it man this is the best I’ve ever had from a Panda Express, definitely worth the drive to go to this location specifically!!!

To start I was greeted very poorly. I asked about how the ordering process was suppose to go and they just asked what do you want? When I did order the rice was very bland and some of the chicken was old and dry. I hope to try another Panda Express location but I won’t be back to this one.

I’m very thankful to have this Panda Express in Powell so I don’t have to drive across town. The food is always fresh and the service is great. The drive thru is fast and accurate and the dine in service is excellent as well. They greet as soon as you when you walk in. The last couple times I’ve dined in, my food was prepped by Ciarra and she’s an absolute sweetheart!

I love Panda Express, but this location is my least favorite. I always smell scented lotion or perfume on the food container & bag when I go through the drive thru for lunch. The rice sometimes is a bit hard, but other than that, I have no complaints. Fountain city location is the BEST in my opinion.

Went thru the drive thru very nice buliding and ordering drive thru very convenient free of trash and very well kept pulling up to the drive thru window the attendant was borderline rude. Portions were extremely low when I got home greeen chicken i got was expired green beans made it tase really bad. I guess I have to check next time due to these reviews I’ve seen I hope my next visit will be better I’m sorry for the bad review. I will fix it if proves better.

Took my family to eat today. We usually love Panda Express but today was a different story. The teriyaki chicken was cold. I went and told the workers that the chicken was cold to get a new batch of chicken. I was argued with that the chicken was not cold that it was held it correct temperature. My son had the same problem. Chicken should be held at 135-145 internal temperature. Sorry. I should not be paying for cold chicken that was also completely dry from being previously cut and held on the line. This was completed unacceptable. Picture of the cold chicken I refused to eat. My son did the same.

When the store hours say they are open until 10 pm and we pull up at 9:30 and an employee moves faster than she has all day to hastily lock the door so she can go back to sitting on her backside and chit chatting with her coworkers, you get 1 star. We went over to Wendy’s instead.

They willingly made more beef for us pretty close to their closing time and because we had to wait a little they gave us extra meet and an appetizer! Such sweet workers!

What I expected but could have been better. Orange Chicken was cold. Fried rice doesn’t really have much of a flavor. They ran out of white rice, what! The Honey Sesame Chicken was great! Some pieces are larger than bite size so I wish they had knives but they only have forks. Store was clean.
