Would give this a zero. Customer service was none existent. Make sure you don’t accidentally order your Mobil order here they don’t help their customers. You get what you get/or don’t get. Manager was not present when I asked to talk to them. Staff member could not deescalate the situation. She immediately gave up and shrug her shoulders. No empathy.

I will never give you another penny of my money. Again I ordered a hot chocolate and get home to an expensive cup of disgusting tan water. It’s obvious that the hopper is either empty or clogged up. You can see that it is NOT correct before you put the lid on it and passed it out the window. This has happened so many times and I always get I am sorry but you are not because it just continues to happen. It’s pure laziness and lack of training and most importantly the lack of pride in their work. I wonder how many customers you can afford to lose before you are in trouble?

I come here all the time no problem. Was one of my favorite places until today. I was ordering at the drive up. My car is a standard and I am a senior. Sometimes my car does a little roll back; yes I know that is on me. Someone inside Yelled at me Can You Stop Rolling Back You Are Turning My Mic Off!! I was surprised by the person yelling. I went up to the window and began to tell the girl that I was not aware that the mic was turns on and off by my vehicle going back and forth. It was not right to be yelled at. This young girl had the most sarcastic smerk on her face and I told her that I didn’t like it and as I continued to speak she slam the door closed on me. I left and called to speak to the Manager. The woman I spoke to said, she was the Manager and the Owners Cousin. I explain what happen and express how I felt and if the help were treating other elderly or disabled people so rudely. I was not aware of how there system operates and even if I did I certainly wouldn’t of roll back and forth on purpose. The Manager was polite and apologized to me. She told me she would speak to her help. I hope she will because this was one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts.
