We have ordered here before in the past and had great service and food, however, the past few times have been sub par for the cost. I ordered a combo that should’ve included 2 large sandwiches and a big bucket of fries and got half of what I expected. The sandwiches were small, looked like only half a sandwich each and the fries were in a different smaller container than the big bucket we were expecting for the amount we paid. The food tasted burned and not very fresh, the fries were over cooked. Needless to say, we went from them being a favorite to being disappointed and displeased with the food and service while there also. Another thing, I called the main company twice on different occasions for different reasons and have gotten no answer or call back. We won’t be ordering there anymore.

I ordered online first time ordering
I made a mistake on how I place the order but didn’t catch it. My sister stopped eating meat a few years back but introduced chicken back into her diet a year ago and only eats chicken no red meat! I explained this to the restaurant and I understand I placed the order wrong but they did not even attempt to take the steak back and replace the order because it’s not what I wanted even though I explained this is the first time I ever ordered from here.
So they did not accommodate me but to make matters worse the other item I ordered was steak fries for me and the fries were old I barely had steak or cheese. As if they gave me an old bucket and put a handful of fresh fries on top of the old or returned meal.
This was absolutely wrong on so many levels.

Tiny sandwich. No option to add more ingredients like lettuce and tomato. So much cheese and little meat. Not enjoyable.

Thus restaurant is not there. It is a bertucci’s. No cheesesteak restaurant in this plaza. Tried to call, and it’s a 888 autkmated number that puts you on hold.
