First time we had eaten there, and the cheesesteak sandwich was good, as well as the fries, however it did not look anything like the photograph of what we thought we were getting. Although tasty, there could have been more meat and the sandwich served to go wrapped and cut in half rather than open face in a styrofoam box.

I’m over this location. They’re never open the hours they have posted. This is the second time I’ve placed an order that was not only accepted but marked ready for pickup and the store has been closed when I arrived BUT TODAY an employee was literally walking out and said they just closed at 9pm and they didn’t receive or have any pickup orders ready after I said my pickup said ready at 8:50pm and it was minutes after 9pm. Sad because I order from here very often because the food itself is good when it’s actually received smh

I ordered the chicken Philly and it was delicious. It was a half a sub with fries and a strawberry lemonade! The entire meal was great! There were 2 guys who helped me. One was the cashier who helped me with a good recommendation and he other was the amazing chef! Great guys!

They say they’re open til 11:30pm on wedns but that’s a lie. I’m here now to pick up my order and they were closed at 11:25pm. If they couldn’t make my order when I put it in they could’ve canceled it instead of accepting it and updating the app that they were in the process of making so it was impossible for me to cancel it on my own. Now that money is on hold and I have to spend more money to get something else. Close is 11:30pm not 11:25pm. If someone was here at the time I got here we could’ve just canceled it no harm no foul. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to sort the bs. Never again.

The Hispanic cashier you have in the front is so great. I didn’t get his name. It’s been a while since you get that fresh attitude and great customer service in a fast food restaurant. He greets you immediately, brings your food to the table, continuously cleans up the restaurant. As a business owner I recommend you praise and reward his great worth ethic. He definitely treats this place like his own.

Ordered from DoorDash and the food has no flavor. Cheap quality food. Fries have no flavor and cheese sauce tastes fake. Philly steak sub was over filled with onions, DoorDash would not let you customize and the meat also had NO flavor. Disappointed and will NEVER order from here again. Again cheap quality food

I ordered two 20 piece boneless wings with two large fries. When I picked up my food in noticed I was missing 20wings. I came back to the store and the kids working lied and said he put both 20pieces in one container. I get all the way home to find only 20wings. I drove back for a 3rd time to get my order fixed. I keep having poor experiences at the dale mabry location due to young teens not caring about the food. They dont toss the wings in the sauce they just squirt it only in top of the food. This place was good in the beginning but has failed poorly with teens running the store. I wont be back.
