We sat at the bar and had great service and drinks. Friendly staff and they were helpful to decide which drink(s) to get. We didn’t eat anything but saw the food delivered to others…it looked great.

The food is fine, but nothing special. This is a great place for a cool saloon atmosphere and good cocktails. I have visited BT’s several times over the last 6 years, and the staff always seem as if they are being run ragged, as if management can’t or won’t find more staff.

Great food, great people. We had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy & green beans. Everything was delicious. We then had the carrot cake for dessert. It was also very delicious. Our waitress Bernice was very friendly and accurate. Would recommend this place to anyone out here in the Brenham area.

This place is superbly awsome!! The food is super fresh and ultra tasty!! The chicken fried steak is big enough for two and is made fresh to order and it shows through the taste. The beers are ice cold and refreshing. This is my first time and I’m sold on it! Bernice was very knowledgeable of the foods and the service she provided was excellent! Didn’t bug us every 2 minutes and let us enjoy our meal, however she was watching. Beers got low and she’d come check on us. Very great time and experience!!! Thank yall!! We will be back!

Absolutely do not go here if you are planning on celebrating anything. It was my husband’s birthday, drove 45 min to eat here, our waitress didn’t care one bit, let her know and she was like.. cool…? nor did she care to take care of our table. My son waited 20 min for a refill of his drink, two of our plates were cleared, we waited about 10 min after we were literally all done for her to acknowledge our table. No dessert offered (wasn’t looking for a free dessert just would have been nice to be be asked if we wanted any since we were celebrating) just here’s your check and “God Bless” nice choice of words after incredibly bad service. Food was ok but honestly not worth the price…

Passing through. Staff very friendly and attentive. I had the Ribeye medium rare, cooked perfectly. Good flavor from the grill and topped with a dab of garlic butter. Baked potato seemed a tad overcooked but still was pretty good as it was loaded. I was there for lunch and it got fairly busy. Good atmosphere. Check it out.

Food was good. Hands down a fantastic burger. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars. However, our server wasn’t just slow she was about as unfriendly as she could possibly be. We never saw her. She never greeted us or gave us a name. We felt like a complete annoyance. She never brought me a refill. Finally got a soda to go. My husband had to ask about his beer after seeing it sit at the bar for over 15 minutes. It just wasn’t worth the heafty price. We’ll try someplace else next time.

The price for my steak was not given on the menu. When I got the bill it was thirty dollars. The waitress really wasn’t attentive to our needs even though the saloon was empty. Our ten dollar drink tasted like Kool aid.

The drinks are great. We ordered fried shrimp, crab cakes for appetizer, shrimp brochette and chicken fried steak. The crab cakes are soggy and have some weird sweet sauce on them. The fried shrimp are frozen, breaded, tasteless specimens. The shrimp brochette tasted like bacon and jalapeno, no shrimp flavor. The chicken fried steak was so tough my husband got tired of chewing and gave up. The bill with the tip was $136 for three people which would have been fine if the food was good but unfortunately it was not. Very disappointed.
