Here is the salad I bought today, with moldy strawberry. Sometimes the salads are excellent. It’s hit and miss. Last week I received one which contained lettuce far past prime (wilted to the point of slime). Today it’s mold. I hope they will please be more careful in preparing salads so that every time is ‘excellent’. Thank you.
ETA: Another review from November 22, 2024. I ordered a COBB SALAD. I paid extra for blue cheese crumbles and DID NOT GET THEM. The salad had precisely TWO tiny tomatoes, NO EGG. PLEASE Dear Chick Fil A management: train everyone who is making salads in how they are to make them. They should not be leaving out ingredients we are paying for and certainly not leaving out EXTRA ingredients for which we are paying extra. The salads are different from day to day, depending on who is making them (and seems there is little to no oversight).

We visited this location on a Friday evening and had a good experience. The drive thru was not terrible for a Friday evening. We ordered in the app and got our food in a timely manner although there was a hold up with the car in front of us. The crispy chicken deluxe is always our go-to and was great. I tried the new pimento jalapeño sandwich and it was ok. The chicken was nicely coated in honey but sandwich seemed smaller than usual. Everything was fresh and hot. Unfortunately we were missing utensils and were not able to turn around due to time constraints.

This chick-fil-a recently opened and yet it’s run very well. Lines are long but they will get you in and out very quickly. Great service as always.

Unfortunately this time they have messed up my order. Not to happy with having to go back to get a simple straw but that was 1 of many mistakes made with this order. The order was placed through the mobile app so I should not have had any troubles.

They do not double check their drink handling, I have repeatedly been given non diet or zero sugar drinks even though I’m diabetic. I have called them about this three different times now, they gave me another one I didn’t check because I was distracted got about halfway through before I realized it was regular soda My blood sugar peaked out at over 300 just because they don’t care about people’s medical conditions. Aside from that the food’s great, and the employees are extremely nice. A+ would almost die again

We got some trays for my daughter’s college graduation and we had the most outstanding service I’ve ever received from any food establishment. The entire staff were warm and friendly and genuinely happy for my daughter. The best part was Jonathan the manager who not only carried our food out but gave my daughter a grad gift of a stuffed chic fil a cow and a bottle of chic fil a sauce. I am blown away and wish I could give more than 5 stars. ⭐️
