Very good steak burgers. The waitress that we had was great, except she did not let us know that it was cash only until after we had eaten fortunately we had cash in our pockets. We were not local so we had no idea.

This is a bar with bar food. The sign says Limby’s liquor for a reason. It’s cash only. Service was okay, food was just frozen food.. fried.. not even very good frozen food? No idea why it has so many stars? Maybe they have good drink prices? I’m posting a pic of the menu so u can what your getting yourself into. My husband said his steak sandwich was below average. Went to Denny’s after to get some real food.

Bunch of fun-loving hard working family-oriented normal people. Very professional,very clean establishment inside and out. The food was excellent.

This is the BEST little hole in the wall small hometown treasure! It’s your typical little dingey old bar with really good food! Staff is super friendly and treat you like they’ve known you for years. Which if your from the area they probably do lol.

Look. Limbys is a local institution and can do no wrong in my eyes. Get a steak burger and crinkle fries and soak it in. Bring cash and leave the drama at home. Jamie and Lorie aren’t t having it. Prices and atmosphere are from a bygone era and that’s how we like it.

I’ve been going there for probably 30+ years and it’s my favorite watering hole in Dover. Family owned fantastic old school bar, not to be confused with the bright and polished cookie cutter joints of today. This dimly lit gem surrounds you in wood, vintage beer memorabilia, great food and cheap prices. Bring a friend, order a steak and swiss sandwich and enjoy a game of pool.
