Nicely decorated place. The food was really, really good. The Crab Rangoon was one of the best I’ve had. Spring rolls were also amazing. The sushi was also very well made and super tasty. There was only one person greeting, seating, and serving, so the service was a little slow when the place suddenly filled up. The waitress was very nice. I’d definitely like to visit again.

WOW! I was searching for a local sushi restaurant, and this destination came up first. I saw the reviews, and decided to take a friend and try it out.
I was extremely blown away that we were the only ones there, and the staff was so kind and caring to our needs. We were welcomed with a big smile and warm energy. The food was phenomenal and tasted very fresh.
Towards the end of our meal, we were surprised with a mini fruit display, apple arches and a cut-out orange in the shape of a teddy bear, holding the orange slices in its palms.
Always a pleasure and a delight to come back in here once a month, if not more!
The service is always great and the food is my favorite sushi in town! If you still haven’t checked this place out, DO IT!
The interior design is extremely subtle and comfortable, and gives a calming and relaxed feeling that makes the food that much more enjoyable!
Our expectations were already exceeded, and as we left, we were gifted with beautiful vases, as a holiday gift! Truly a wonderful visit, and much needed with everything happening in the world right now.
Brought my mood to a new peak, a must try! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! We will be back

Came here with my sister and wanted to try the sushi tacos! Started with complimentary salad and soup. We ordered the 5 for $25 sushi tacos including the salmon, eel, 2 scallop, and tuna. The toro sushi tacos and tuna roll specials are not included within the deal and yes we ordered these! Ordered the grinch roll on the side and it was so good. Definitely enjoyed all that we ordered. Will come again and try other flavors and rolls! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. It’s a moody vibe with dark ceiling and plenty of seating at a table, booth, or sushi bar.

We learned about this place soon after moving here. While we have tried other sushi locations — we always come back to this one. My oldest loves their veggie options (especially the hand roll), my second eats their Unaju and asks for more, and my twins love the Ken Ken Ramen and the Sake Don. Truly appreciate the restaurant and the employees/owners that make each time so nice! Thank you!

The atmosphere is cool. I saw a five star review and I was very excited. Nothing note worthy here. The sushi was barely better than Kroger. The price was cheap compared but you get that in the food. We got spicy salmon and avocado roll, that was Drenched in spicy mayo. Spicy tuna hand roll was okay. Nothing to it really. The fried rice was disgusting. It looked like vomit. Waste of $14. Chicken Katsu was good, but it’s served like this. The waiter was decent. Seemed super overwhelmed even thou there was never 5 people in the restaurant at one time. Also weird thing I noticed, they play uncensored music so if you want to bring kids, I’d pass if you care about vulgarity
Update: we informed them about the chicken fried rice and said if it would be possible to take it off the bill. Not more than one bite was taken. He laughed, like chuckled and said no. LOLLL that should explain the experience

After having been to a ton of sushi restaurants, I can confidently say this place is hands down the best one I’ve been to in Michigan. Their salmon is suuper fresh with deep flavors and fantastically presented in a variety of dishes (the Sake-don, salmon dream roll, and their torch salmon are my absolute favs). Phenomenal service as well. The fruit dish they give you at the end really shows the amount of effort and detail they put into their work. I’ve literally been back to this place several times a week since they opened and have never disappointed. As long as this continues I will always remain a fan!
