Wow. Who knew this would be some of the best Mexican I’ve had in Parker. Can’t wait to try the ‘scorpian’ chicken sandwiches and breakfasts.

Two HUGE plates of delicious food and drinks for $30.

When Twisters opened in Parker several years ago, my husband and I were thrilled. As longtime lovers of New Mexico food, we had really missed authentic green and red chile dishes here in Colorado. Twisters quickly became one of our go-to spots—especially for breakfast burritos—and we didn’t even mind the 20-minute drive from Highlands Ranch because it was always worth it.

For years, the burritos have been consistently amazing: huge, filling, and packed with flavor. Fluffy eggs, perfectly cooked potatoes, and that signature New Mexico chile made them crave-worthy every time. Our absolute favorite has always been the Rio Grande which is carne adovada egg potato with red chile—it was rich, flavorful, and unmistakably authentic.

However, over our last three visits, we’ve noticed a disappointing change. The red chile recipe seems completely different and honestly doesn’t even resemble a traditional red chile sauce anymore. It’s been such a letdown after years of loving this dish.

We’re still rooting for Twisters and truly hope this is a temporary change. Please bring back the original red chile recipe—it’s what made this place special and kept us coming back again and again.

It was 19° outside at 8:35am, was hankering for a good smothered breakfast burrito with some hot coffee. Twisters to the rescue !! Had the scrambled egg burrito with chorizo sausage, onions, peppers and green chili. Been here half dozen times and it never disappoints !!

We had driven by this place for years and never considered it because there didn’t seem to be much business. I read a favorable review and we decided to give them a go. Man, have we been missing out!

We were greeted as we entered and given plenty of time to study the menu. Several patrons waiting for food were effusive in their praise and made suggestions.

We ordered chicken chili burritos, regular size, and were stunned with the portions. More importantly, the food was to die for.

This place has almost certainly taken P1 for fast casual burritos. I’m going to try the brekkie burrito soon.

One thing: I can’t remember if it’s a Coke or Pepsi house, but I’d like to see Coke/Pepsi Zero replace diet soda in the fountain dispenser.

As we left we were thanked for coming.

I want to apologize for not coming here sooner I was not familiar with your game Twisters. Best breakfast burrito in the game I can’t emphasize it enough the bacon stays crunchy despite being stuffed in my cooler for a few hours when I went back to work without finishing the burrito. Apparently the green chili burger is smashing as well my girlfriend loved it and that’s good enough for me to give it a thumbs up. Also everyone is exceptionally polite and friendly without being robotic. Much better food and more for your money than McDonald’s by miles. Great fries as well

Service was great, went through the drive through. I ordered a breakfast #7 burrito. There pretty good size and the price is worth it. There burritos taste great and they have a good variety to choose from. I would recommend anyone to go try it out.

I have been going to twisters since they opened. The food is excellent and large portions – I have had almost everything on their menu, I would take home buckets of the green chili if they let me. They have a small staff and are so friendly and they work REALLY HARD. I can not say enough about this place. I go there at least once a week if not more. My whole family loves the food and it also makes great leftovers : )

First visit ever. The staff was very patient with us. They have a pretty big menu for a fast food place. It’s New Mexico style Mexican food so don’t expect the chile to be the same as the Mexican restaurants in town. It’s good, not too spicy. We’ll definitely come back here.

Every time I’ve been at twisters, the food has always been good and plentiful. This location is clean and in a decent area. The service staff was extremely friendly and they brought our food out on hot plates. Today we had the 3 meat breakfast burritos and they were great. We had ours smothered with green chili. If you get burritos I’d suggest smothered in green chili. The green chili is flavorful.

I just had the best “supreme” bacon burritos I’ve ever had. The spot is kind of run-down and needs paved, but they’re very friendly, the handhelds were fantastic and I’m a happy camper. I’m so glad I chose to stop by after work. I have to know where that bacon comes from, it’s incredible.
