Guardia serves fresh, handmade pizza in an intimate environment. It’s reminiscent of some of our favorite slice shops in New York City combined with a friendly neighborhood bar. Stop by for a pie with the family, a slice and drink with friends, or grab some soft-serve ice cream from our walk-up window.

This pizza would be worth any wait. We popped in mid day on a Saturday and grabbed two bar seats. The space is tight but cozy. The pizza options are all delectable and everything looked great. We grabbed half/half and the burrata pizza tasted so fresh. Crust was soft and chewy and the pizza was light. Growing up in Nj- this pizza gave me that east coast vibe and I will drive the 35 min for a slice anytime. Also- service was great very attentive several table touches and it was nice watching them make the pizzas.

The highest praise I can give: it really tastes like home. New Cincinnati favorite has been locked. The crust is airy, floury and the cornichione is fluffy with just a bit of snap. The sauce is light, just right between tomato and sweet, the cheese is perfect and the right amount (not too much, so the water in the sauce can cook off but enough to melt to cover). Thank you Guardia

Top of the line pizza! Great prices on an 18″ pie compared to others of this caliber locally. 7.5. Super awesome spot if you live in walking distance. If not, no thanks. Tiny spot with very little seating. Parking here is one of the worst places in the country. Yeesh.

My wife and I grabbed bar seats on a Saturday at 7. The place is small( you aren’t on top of anyone), but you might have to wait for a table.
They have a walk up window for a to go slice or if you want to be outside can stand and order drinks too.
Pizza is top notch. We got the half New York and half Works. You can half and half any pie and it really is some of, if not the best pizza in Cincy. Only took about 15 mins to get our food.
Only one beer on draft but decent bottle/can options. Full cocktail and wine menu.
Our bill was $56 for 2 beers, a salad we split, and an 18inch pie so fairly standard with most places.
Service is great, explained everything and overall just genuinely happy with what they do.
I cant wait to hit this spot again.

We ordered carry out. 1 cheese, 1 hot honey pepperoni, a GF burrata, a few meatballs, and 2 salads.
The meatballs were amazing! So delicious. The pizza was good (with the exception of the gluten-free crust). The salads were mediocre. The price was good.
Honestly the gluten-free felt like someone’s afterthought. Like, everyone is doing this so we should too… it was NOT good.
All in all, I dont think this place is worth the pain of fighting for a parking spot. Others are better.

Pizza was good but nothing extraordinary. Bottom was a little burnt – but it was edible. The dough was good it wasn’t over-fermented. The ingredients and jarred pizza sauce were good. Worth a shot if you are looking for decent pizza.

Our service was incredible tonight, the chopped salad, great. Our drinks were perfect and so were our pizzas. The burrata is insane, but the hot honey was phenomenal. Their Negroni and dirty martini were perfect. You can really tell the staff cares about their guests. We were asked over 5 times if we were doing okay. I sincerely appreciate the great service, and great food! 10/10 will be returning!

Everything was so good! The vibes- perfect. Are we in NYC or Cincinnati? The arugula salad- so good, that balsamic dressing was drool worthy. We got the hot honey pizza and burrata! WOW! So good! And their ranch? Perfetto!

The neighborhood needed pizza like this! We went on a Friday night and were able to get two bar seats pretty quickly.
The pizza dough is light and airy, and the quality of ingredients is great. We split the small pizza and it was perfect for two. Love that you can do half portions of salads — the Caesar and the chopped were both delicious. It took a while to get the pizza but that’s because they were super busy with in-dining and takeout, so we didn’t mind the wait! We like eating pizza for dine in so it’s crispy and fresh — the veggie one was 5 stars and my boyfriend loved the hot honey pepperoni one 🙂
My favorite part of the whole night might have been the soft serve — it was icy and cold versus some soft serves that I think are a little too creamy….delish! Can’t wait to go back.

Just had the most amazing pizza at Guardia Pizza in Mount Lookout Square! The staff is super friendly, the vibe is great, and the pizza… wow. Authentic New York style that honestly beats anything else in Cincinnati. The crust is perfect, everything tastes fresh, and the place is spotless — you can tell the owner really cares about quality. Great cocktails as well! If you love pizza, you have to try this place. You’ll be hooked! Ohhhh! And the cookies are phenomenal! Rated 9.4 by David Portnoy
