I tried contacting the company by the email listed on the bag of chips and my email is rejected. So I’ll post here. The last 3 times we have bought these chips they have been so disappointing. Burnt taste. It used to be so good! What has happened??

The Sea Salt chips are a perfect solution for me as they are very low in sodium which I need (30mg per serving versus 130 mg for original). I checked at two Market Baskets in MA and NH and they didn’t have any. Please don’t eliminate these for a bunch of other flavors. There are many of us who need low sodium.

I called to let the manager savannah know that a batch of their chips were molded, and immediately was told that they were burnt marks And was made to feel like an idiot over the phone. I just wanted to let them know and be aware so they wouldn’t serve it to other people and throw away the batch of chips, but I was continually told that they were burnt marks look at the photo and let me know what you think. Burnt on the left mold on the right big difference

Ordered two Roman Delight wraps, one with a gluten-free bread option. Both of us loved them! Plenty of chicken and the dressing was light and tasty. The chips were excellent!

The chips here are awful. Wrap City prides themselves on their homemade potato chips and at one time they were amazing! So tastey, flavorful, looked appealing and I used to always recommend to family and friends. Lately (last 6 months or so) the chips have been awful. So dark they’re basically black, they have a nasty burnt taste. The wraps are always good, that’s not my issue they have always been consistent in that area but the chips….. are terrible. For a place that mostly prides themselves on the chips, consider a different side please or go back to your factory where you make them and do better quality control. I really hope the owner sees this and makes a change. The only reason it got two stars is because the wraps are good.

Your chips are amazing! Best I’ve ever had. Just a bit of constructive criticism though. I’m from Miami. Born and raised. And the “Tampa Cuban” that you described is actually a Miami Cuban. A Tampa style Cuban sandwich would have everything you described plus salami and mayo. And the “Miamiwich” sounds like nothing we would eat in Miami. I will say that a lot of your sandwiches do sound delicious.

Today was my first time visiting Wrap City. I got the Plymouth County wrap which comes warm and toasted. It tasted like Thanksgiving all wrapped up and it was freakin delicious!! I noticed people were coming in to buy their house chips. I wish I had purchased a bag before leaving cause they’re amazing! They are salty but with a slightly sugary taste. Can’t wait to visit again!
