I order a pizza online but It didn’t give me the options to adjust the pizza how I wanted it as I wanted half with sauce half without red sauce, I contacted the store and spoke with Dustin the general manager and he was very professional and caring toward my concerns and made sure that my pizza was made the way I requested. I realize today is super bowl Sunday and they are probably extremely busy so im very grateful to him and his positive attitude with making the adjustment for me!!! Thank you Dustin.

0 stars if could. The driver couldn’t find the address, not his fault necessarily. The guy working the store was a liar and horrible and threatened to call the cops for harassment just because we wanted what we paid for ♀️

They took done the order WRONG & then acted like we were trying to get over. Not to mention buddy making the pizza didn’t have on gloves. I guess it’s a new policy #Dominos? It’s a shame have to go to a different location on opposite side of town just to get good service.

I love dominos pizza in general. it’s hard to disappoint when it comes to pizza. for me that is. however this location every single time I get pizza they mess up my order. normally I would call in and let them know and they apologize and offer a replacement. however it’s like I call back so much I feel like I’m being unreasonable for asking for what I pair for. it’s crazy. if they could get their acts together it would be an amazing place. I just done see it happening

This is the busiest Dominos Pizza in Lubbock. While other Dominos Pizza shops struggle and lose $15-$20,000 a month when Texas Tech is dormant, this location thrives. The secret is efficiency. While I was there, a dozen different people came in to pick up their order. The only one that had to wait, was the guy who ordered while standing in line, at the store. And not only does their Pizza taste good, they look beautiful! Each order was made with precision and care. What they were doing and have been doing in a while. This is a very family-oriented store.
The place was so inviting ice cream in a QR code and filled out an application to work there.

I placed an order at 6:00 PM. After waiting 30 minutes the driver called asking for directions to our house. After waiting an additional 15 minutes I called the driver back that is when I found out that he was now “stuck” due to taking a short cut to the house. I called the store and the solution to this was to either cancel the order or have someone go pick up the order from him and bring it to me. So, I could cancel the order or get a pizza that had been out of the oven for an hour. This is not a good solution for a customer.
