I enjoyed my food but the manager i think his name is enrique is kind of slow and he didnt know the price of a combo? but hes a manager? he didnt even remember what was in the spinach stromboli me and my kid had figure it ourselves he was no help and he seemed out of it and not focused. Ive been here a couple times and its the same from him everytime. instead of explaining he rudely points to the menu for me to find it myself. I feel like I know more about the menu then the manager. I got help from a girl with black hair and she was very nice and she knew what she was doing. She offered me the combos and i enjoyed the food she served. She needs a better team because they dont help her at all. Everytime I go shes the only one up in the front helping customers doing it all by herself or shes alone most of the time. Great service from her they need to replace the rest of the team. Her food was fresh and hot she explained what was in everything bc of my sons allergies. Overall the manager enrique needs more training or he should find a different job thats more fitting. It doesnt seem like he can handle a simple pizza job. 🙂

My wife got a Manipuri at Top Nails so we ate at the food court. We stopped at Sansei Japan, Chinese Gourmet and they said to wait! 15 min later we went to Sbarro’s and the were ready for customers. Good service, but food amount is small for the money. Stop by,You decide! David

I feel the need to respond to Ryen because it doesn’t reflect my experiences at all. Enrique is an excellent manager—he’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always on top of things. His customer service is consistently amazing, and he goes above and beyond, often closing the store by himself while still maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been helpful, patient, and clearly knows the menu and operations well. It’s disappointing to see inaccurate claims being made about someone who works so hard and truly cares about both customers and the business. Enrique is a great manager and an asset to this location.

I’ve ordered here a couple times and each time they seem to be out of something topping wise. They are courteous enough to call in advance to let you know. After almost an hour, went to check on the progress of the pizza and was notified It was made incorrectly so they were remaking it, which is great, but after picking up the new pizza, it was also made incorrectly. The request was for all vegetables, or basically whatever they had available, but somehow ended up with pepperoni on it as well. Those two girls were so busy they definitely could use some help.

I went to eat at sbarros on the day of the Valentines event, I was very disappointed at my experience. Sadly, the lady who took my order was impatient, rude, and not helpful. The guy manager seemed to not help at all and he wasnt really doing anything. The meatballs looked nasty and really dark. I lost my appetite lol. The areas around the food looked dirty and not cleaned. Get better managers
