I went to eat with my children on Monday. Magic Grill advertises that kids eat free on Mondays when you order a kids meal and and purchase an adult meal. I did both. After I paid I realized I was charged for both. I asked if they still did “Magical Monday” and the manager co firmed that they did. I asked if I could be refunded the kids meal, and they said no, you couldn’t be refunded after you had already ordered and paid. Except, they had just refunded my sister in cash after they charged her for something she didn’t order. Later, when my husband called, their excuse was that the kids meal I ordered didn’t qualify. How?? No where on the sign does it specify which kids meal qualify. Also, we were charged more the posted prices. I will never be back and never recommend any one to eat there.

Terrible! Once upon a time the food here was outstanding. Unfortunately, the recipes or distributor or both has changed. The fries are no good anymore and used to be the best around, but since they only give you like 7 the suffrage is short. The gravy (which is something they are proud of) is not the same as it once was either. And lastly, the flies are horrible. You can only use one hand to eat bc you need the other one for war, unless you just wanna eat them which I guess is technically a bonus..? Lastly, the prices have gotten out of control unfortunately in the opposite direction of the quality.

I will be fine never eating here again. We had beef tips and rice and the chicken fried steak. I didn’t eat 2 or 3 bites of the beef tips (overly processed roast) and rice.

For a place that’s so expensive you’d think they’d care more about the food they’re putting out. My onion rings weren’t only burnt but also soggy as was my bread on my poboy. The only thing that was good was the gravy and it’s not even their recipe. I’ll never eat at Magic Grill again. I feel like I got robbed So dissatisfied!!

Just called in an order and picked it up and we have been long time customers..sorry to say this was absolutely the worse food I have gotten from anywhere. Had a cheeseburger and fries my son had roast beef poboy and his was no better. I came home and dried the grease off the fries and but them in the over…but even that didn’t help much..finally removed the meat and ate some of the meat but the only ones that were excited about this order were my 3 dogs.

The food is good, but the prices are a little high for a sandwich place ($ 35 for 2 half poboys and fries). They used to be really friendly, but there was a different manager there and she was really rude. The staff were indifferent, like they really did not care. Not really sure what happened, this used to be a friendly place.

We will never go there again!! We substituted onion rings for our fries but were charged for them. They were overcooked and burnt and inedible. My grandsons shrimp poboy was in a thick piece of Italian bread and he couldn’t bite it without the shrimp falling out. What the heck! My catfish was the only decent thing. I spent $48 for 3 people!! Not worth the $$$
