Ordered a stromboli sub and asked for lettuce, onion and mayo. The menu literally says the toppings come on the sandwich but they didn’t and i had to ask them for the toppings multiple times. Also ordered a cheese pizza for my children and when it came out it wasn’t even cooked all the way and we couldn’t even pick up a slice without the pizza falling apart. My children couldn’t even hold it to eat it.

Ordered a salad, a baked spaghetti, and a 12 inch cheese breadstick at 5:55pm. It didn’t arrive until 8:45Pm. When I did arrive, the cheese breadsticks were like warm and in fact not at 12 inch. It was an 10 inch that was actually around 8 inches (photo attached.)
Called back to let them know, to which the manager tried accusing me and my wife of not paying despite having paid and having the bank statement showing the charge went through. The manager said “we’re gonna need that,” talking about the money. Had I not been adamant about it, she would have charged me twice.
Shortly after a brief pause she says she found the transaction and asked me to send a picture of the food, I sent the photo and she confirmed I was right. They apologized, and said we’ve been extremely busy from a church order.
Busy or not, if you give someone a timeframe at least try and honor it to a reasonable degree. The manager didn’t properly execute in the kitchen leading to the staffs failure. Your other customers shouldn’t have a lesser experience for a large order, nor should the large order be an excuse.
Overall, this was a ridiculous experience that definitely will push me away from buying from them again or at minimum until the issues with service are corrected. It’s not a good look.

Don’t get the Stromboli sandwich. It’s a disgusting mystery meat pre made slab of who knows what. 31$ for 2 sandwiches and a Pepsi plus tip. Menu reads like they making these lol it’s terrible tastes like old freezer

There must be a shortage on toppings? The food use to be great. Now, you order a steak hoagie, with everything on it, you get a small shredded piece of lettuce on your meat, a sliver of onion, one small slice of tomato, half a slice of cheese on half the sandwich, smothered in mayonnaise! It’s disgusting. I’m sure the people making this food would want some actual toppings on their own sandwich, when they order one with everything on it for about $8.00! This has happened one too many times. I just want good food when I pay for it, ok?

Tried this place for the first time today. We decided to eat in. We sat down and it took well over 10 min for someone to come to our table (we were the only ones in the dining room as they just opened). The workers in the kitchen were standing around talking and giggling. Finally, one of the guys realized no one had come to our table. We gave our order and reiterated regular spaghetti not baked spaghetti for our special needs daughter. They brought out each item 1 at a time 5-7 min apart. Brought baked spaghetti instead of regular spaghetti. They forgot to cut my son’s pizza and then when they did “cut” it, it was not cut properly. The topping of cheese and bacon slid off the pizza crust because it was so rubbery and watery. He couldn’t even cut it up to eat because it would fall apart or off the fork. Eventually they brought out a specialty bread stick plate and the dough was still raw. At this point my husband and I were frustrated. If the dough was raw on the breadsticks what else wasn’t cooked fully? The negligence this place promotes in food safety is terrifying. My husband said he tried to speak to a manger but there isn’t one. We paid and took what edible food there was. I stayed behind and took the raw breadsticks to the counter and spoke to a young lady that looked like she was still in high school like most of the staff. I explained that not cooking food properly is a safety hazard that can result in illness and death. I also said I understood they don’t have a manager and this isn’t entirely their fault but they need to take some responsibility as they are the ones handling the food. I asked that she speak to the owner about this because if they continue down this path someone could sue and or die for failing to properly train their staff in food safety. Needless to say we will not be returning.

We were staying in a cabin and came to town for some pizza. This place tasted great. The crust is crispy across the bottom. Their sauce wasn’t too sweet and they put the right amount on the pie. This place would be good for large parties as there is a lot of space and billiards.
