I would give zero stars if it’d let me, the employees at this location are beyond rude, i placed a mobile order and had come inside to grab it but asked if I could use the bathroom as I first walked in and the girl at the register in a rude tone said “the bathroom is for paying customers only” in the most rudest voice which was completely uncalled for since my order was literally sitting on the counter for pickup. Then the other employees can’t even pay attention when your standing there asking for a sauce and they won’t even acknowledge you. Coffee was made incorrectly and the service is horrible at this location so needless to say I’m never coming back!!! Starbucks please start doing a better job at hiring kind and courteous employees!! Because yall have just lost a good loyal regular customer over this today!!

Staff was nice. Chairs uncomfortable, locked bathrooms? In south Lincoln Nebraska? Only cold water to wash hands, only cold blower to dry hands. All food is pre packaged, frozen to be warmed in the microwave. My matcha was $9!?

To the girl who was taller had curly hair and her hair in a bun who made make drink I let be you because you knew what you was doing with my drink and put so much Carmel and made it exactly how it’s supposed to be I literally would come back and give you a 20 dollar tip if I could because you don’t understand how many times this drink is made wrong so thank you so much to whoever that was I hope you have the best day ever

We came in and my three year old needed to use the potty before we grabbed a cake pop and drink and the staff gave us a hassle about buying something first I explained I was going to purchase something I just didn’t want my toddler to have an accident and they tried telling me it was policy. I explained again we will buy something but he can’t hold it and a different staff member had to come help us. Not sure if they’d rather toddlers wet themselves in their establishment than be understanding about a child but this is the first time we’ve had this issue at a Starbucks.

Walked in and stood at the cashier for 3 min. No on said hi and asked for my order. Looks like they were only working on drive through or online order. One was at the drive through window, and the other two were making drinks with a slow pace. Then I placed order on my app and got my drink within 3 min. Kinda hate this, the coffee shop atmosphere is not here anymore…

Came in for steamed apple juice. Got charged for steamed milk (more expensive) and said something. They then changed it to some other $6 drink (steamed apple juice is like $3 something) and again said that is not my order. Finally got through to them and they put in my order right, but then I still had to wait 10 minutes. The store was dead, nobody else there, no reason it should take so long. Steaming apple juice should take 30 seconds. Not sure why they take so long on a dead day. Go to a different Starbucks.

Hi starbucks, I would like to share my experience with you about these 1 stars. First off, I came in, and immediately, I was shivering cold, which I honestly do not know why. Then, when I was ordering a regular dark roast coffee, the worker and I had a difficult time hearing each other because of the loud music in the background. Surprisingly, it felt like 5 minutes just ordering 1 thing. I got my dark roast coffee, but it came out cold when I drinked it. I quickly decided that I wanted to leave because it was an uncomfortable place.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’m so frustrated. I’ve visited this location a few times since I live nearby, and I’ve had an issue every single time. From getting the wrong order to waiting because they forgot a drink, it’s been a hassle. Today was the last straw. I ordered a sweetened green tea and a Frappuccino. They gave me my tea, but it wasn’t sweetened, even though I checked the screen when ordering. After two employees asked what I wanted and which sweetener I needed, they gave me the tea back—still unsweetened—and handed me a sample cup with the sweetener in it. I’ve had mistakes happen at other places, and they just remake the drink. I explained that I didn’t want to pour the sweetener on top, and she seemed confused. Then another employee tried to hand me a pumpkin chai Frappuccino, which I didn’t order.
