Worst Papa John’s I’ve every had. Its a shame that the corporation allows this place to be ran so badly. With that said I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY PAPA JOHNS LOCATIONS. I order a well done pie and what I got was a pizza that was not fully cooked. When I called back I was asked by Yasir why I didn’t check the pizza before I left…. we’ll I though that what his job was to do make sure it was cooked before taking it out the oven. I then received a call from Shayan who was absolutely no help and said he was the manager of other store but not this one. Well that can be the reason this place sucks , their is no manager on site just ol lil Yasir making raw pies by himself. Do yourself a favor and order anywhere else if you want a decent pizza. Believe me wawa pizza make this place look bad and that says alot.

I called in to place an order for pick up- the young lady knew my name before I said it, guessing caller ID, I ordered a simple small plain pizza and an order for breadsticks- she says it would be 5-10 minutes, perfect. I head over there, walk in about 5-6 minutes later to pay and to let them know I was ready whenever it was- I wasn’t expecting it to be ready. The man at the counter insisted my name wasn’t Danielle-he told me he had an order for Linda, I had to confirm 3x that I know my name. I guess he found the order, and angrily put the dough on the counter to make them, when I saw they were weren’t started yet, I asked him how long it would be, he mumbled something that sounded like 7 minutes- but could have been 17 minutes- I asked him ” I’m sorry, can you repeat yourself?” – He LOUDLY , almost yelling- said ” 7 MINUTES!” 3 times in a row- getting louder with each one. I told him he was a jerk and walked out, thank God I didn’t pay ahead of time.

I placed an order for delivery. When the driver arrived he didn’t not have my 20 oz soda. I said “I ordered a soda too” he replied with “no” I said “yes, I ordered a 20 oz soda” he said “no, you didn’t” and walked away. I tried to contact the store for a refund or to actually get my product and nobody will answer the phone. So just a heads up to anyone who orders. Food was otherwise good

This is probably the worst experience that I have ever had. I myself have never had Papa John’s until last night. And I am glad that this was my first and last time that I’ll ever have it. I ordered two pizza pies. Two plane pies and each pie had now cheese or sauce and the black olives were embedded into the dough.

Went in to pick up an order, was told it wasn’t ready, then sat there for 20 minutes with no one telling me that it was ready. Food was probably cold by the time I delivered it. Employees are rude too, especially the men. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s—especially the pizza and the boneless chicken wings. Even though we don’t order often (since they don’t deliver to our area), it was always worth it when we did. The pizza was always great, and the wings were consistently delicious.
This time was a huge disappointment. The cheese was thick and the consistency was so off I ended up pulling it all off. The crust and sauce weren’t the same either, and the sausage pizza had noticeably less sausage than before—they’ve clearly gotten stingy. On top of that, the boneless chicken wings were rubbery and not good at all. After years of enjoying Papa John’s, this was a total letdown.

We were to buy one get one free pizza. I think the pie was supposed to be around 16 to $18.
Gave the driver an $8 tip.
The total bill came to $37.66. Even if the pizza was twenty dollars how, did it come out to twenty nine dollars.And sixty six cents, what a rip off. And the Pizza was not good, Hardly any toppings we ordered thin crust Pizza, not thin topping Pizza. I used to love papa Johns. Will not be going back there again.

ordered on doordash TWO HOURS before close for the person at the store to tell TWO drivers that my order has already been picked up and it was never made as the driver told me this person does it all the time and doesn’t make the food!! now we have to wait hungry for a refund because he doesn’t want to do his job!
