Mellisa is the worst employee over there. She is very rude and unprofessional. they messed up on my latte so I went back. Try to get it fixed. They ran out of what I wanted and all I got is attitude when I asked for a refund and the incorrect amount back.

Employees rude manager even worst don’t waist your time drive 1 min up the street to the dunkin across the police station save yourself some time and aggregation by dealing with them. My drink was made wrong again and was told to repay for the ingredients in the coffee that I already paid for that was not put into the coffee waist of time and the manager should be fired he’s rude, disgusting, and ignorant.

Every time I come to the drive-thru at it’s a waste of time I have to go in to have something fixed… One of the people that work here I’m assuming he’s a manager… Accused me of trying to get free food when I ask for something to be made correctly after I paid for it throwing away what was given to me in front of them… Then you do things like pay $4 for this it’s incredible I’m not a fan… like I get it it’s basically the same as other places but you get more bacon it’s just it’s warm I’m not sure exactly what to say other than I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Dunkin Donuts I tried to give this one the benefit of the doubt several times

This is a stand-alone Dunkin in the same “plaza” with Mayflower Food and Spirits/Mobil is located off of exit 13 (old exit 5). It is not to be confused with the Dunkin’s inside the Sunoco on the other side of Route 3. The difference is night and day. What a bagel toasted dark with the cream cheese on it? These guys will hook you up!

Pulled upto the speaker and asked for a donut. Girl on the other end.. “yup”. Ok? Then go to the window and pay … Don’t appreciate the girl at the window takin my $3.xx in change into their tip cup ?!?!?!? Who do you think you are ?
