Went there for the first time yesterday. I ordered a carpaccio and a tiramisù… waited at least 20’ for the carpaccio which came frozen. I asked then for a plate of bresaola, which came with old walnuts with a rancid taste and a dead bug in the plate (see picture). The one waiter was extremely professional and was really sorry. The other almost attacked me asking for an explanation about what happened and tryied to make excuses for the kitchen… I did not take the tiramisù in the end. I really hope this was just an unfortunate evening for this restaurant

I’m from Italy and I can honestly, easily say that this place has nothing to do with being pizzeria. After having a pizza there I got food poisoning , started with heavy cramps on the stomach area. And vomit.
Let it alone this health issue, the pizza itself was nothing to do with real Italian pizza. Ingredients were very low quality. A frozen pizza from supermarket is much better than theirs.
Me and also other friends, didnt like it even though we ordered different kind.
It’s a total disappointment and shame to claim oneself for doing pizza. ( and
you could eat 2 pizza in Italy for price of 1 here)
Never will go back and I’ll warn everyone to avoid this place for their health.

La Riva is a good choice in Arbon. Food is nice, especially rissoto, lasagnas and other pasta. Service is nice and quick. You have a paid parking space (you can pay it with Parkpay) available nearby.

Disgusting service from the first minute they see you. Especially I am talking about Manager Agron who was rude with me, he barely knows how to work not with customers even with people. I think he is too unhappy person to work here and be a face of restaurant… such a pity experience in Swiss…
