Best NY style in KC area for sure. They have high quality ingredients and flavors to match. Their prices are fair for what you receive. The vodka pie is hard to beat, which is packed full of layers of flavor. Staff are always nice and service is top notch. They have an outdoor picnic table which is great for when you bring your dogs. Overall they have amazing pizza which should be given a try at least once.

We got a slice of the P.H.H.P. Delicious and not too spicy for those of you that read jalapeños and hot honey and think too spicy. Nope it is just right with pepperoni and cheese. Then we asked the server his favorite pizza he said the Vodka. He was right on@with his recommendation. It is cheese bread with great vodka sauce on top, no dipping required.
Honestly the pizza is so good I would skip the slice and just get a pizza. Leftover pizza is delicious.

Hidden gem! the aroma pours out of this place and is the first great thing you experience. The atmosphere gives authentic nostalgic pizza shop. & their vodka sauce pie is fantastic, from the dough to the cheese sauce ratio it’s perfection. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back.

So many pizza choices in KC but Northeast Pizza is a ‘must try’ icon. There’s a reason it’s a neighborhood favorite: great New York-style thin crust, ample number of toppings and clearly in house, freshly made sauce served in a fun place by cool people. Bar, table and booth seating. On street parking. Handicap accessible. Pizza by the slice and whole pies are reasonably priced. It’s worth seeking out this amazing pizza! Gumby on the ceiling and cold Hamm’s beer in a can! What’s not to love!

It was excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer, many times over. The service is excellent, they were fast, the vibe was great, and they take credit card. Super-friendly. And very reasonable for price.
Ask what slices they have, because they have more of a selection than just cheese.

We love the casual eclectic vibe of NE Pizza, but we come for the pizza. I identify as constantly ISO good pizza. I am picky. I want the crust to be crunchy and chewy, not too thick and not too thin, and absolutely NO soggy bottoms!! I want enough sauce for flavor, but not too much, enough cheese to hold everything together, but not too much, and toppings that are spread on the entire surface, with flavorful bites and no watery vegetables. NE Pizza hits the mark high on every category. Honestly, this is the best pizza I have had in over 20 years!

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT Pizza and maybe THE BEST Cesar salad I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Had a chance to try 3 different slices and I would gladly take an entire pie of each with zero complaints. I know Barstool rated it less than Pizza Tascio, but like basically everything else, Portnoy is wrong. This is easily the best pizza in KC. The crust is firm enough to fold well, soft enough to have that perfect texture. The flavor of the crust is perfect. And most importantly it’s not soupy like Il Laz has become. You will not be disappointed. And the price is great!

Amazing New York style pizza. We got the pizza of the day which was spinach artichoke and the Vodka slice. Loved the crust, the sauce as well as the quality of their cheese. They didn’t go overboard on any of the toppings. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly!
