This is a rotating pop up event every Friday that starts I think late spring and ends middle of fall (I was told this was the last one of the season) with a+ restaurants that tend to be signed up.
I’ve been to a number of them now and they haven’t disappointed me yet. The price point is generally excellent value.
Since it’s ever changing you need to follow their social media in order to know what the next week’s event is.
It is located downtown near/in the old market area.
Parking is metered street parking primarily.

Great spot! We got to talk to the owner and love his concept of different chefs every Friday. We had the BEST burger made by the chef at Hydes Slydes. If you love burgers you have to try that place. Stop by and check out the Dandelion Pop Up and see what next Fridays special is. Highly recommend the place!

The food was good. The cook staff was friendly and nice but the WHITE old men cashier was rude as hell for not seeing that i was clearly trans.
Will coming back but definitely not want to deal with that cashier. Gross!

Each Friday from 1100-2 PM a new chef from the Omaha area comes in and makes something special. It has been going on for 6 weeks as of this writing. Today schedule from the Omaha Country Club smoked a whole hog and came up with several amazing dishes. I loved the French Dip.
