The pizza was really good — hot, fresh, and tasty! My order was missing the sauces, and the breadsticks were a little on the dry side, but overall the food was good and still enjoyable. I’d definitely order again, just hoping next time everything’s included.

Our pizzas had no sauce and were so over cooked that the cheese was like leather. Also, the delivery person ranted for a very long time when all we did was open the door to take our pizza after ordering online.

Don’t bother. Ordered pizza and cheese breadsticks. When we picked up the order, they said they were out so they made regular breadsticks instead and threw them in some greasy bag. If I wanted regular breadsticks, I would have ordered them. I didn’t order breadsticks because I didn’t want them. They should have notified me that they were out and either refunded me or asked if there is something else I would like. Now I have paid for food I don’t want. Total waste. Terrible service.

Great services. Markus went his way to help make sure our pizza was delivered even when we didn’t make it home on time. He didn’t want us to eat cold pizza so called to let us know we can pick it up in the store. We got our hot pizza. The pizza was good. Fantastic services we received from the Wausau Pizza Hut. Ordered a Stuffed crust with some extra sauce…they put a pool of sauce and smidgen of cheese with an over cooked near burnt crust creating dry and sharp-edged a soup bowl…when I called the night manager Kerra (?) Told me it was my fault for asking for extra sauce as if discretion isn’t a thing and further blamed the oven for the burnt crust… usually a good place but lately it’s been a few of these sorts of unsatisfactory service or food… uncut pizzas…dried out pizza… nearly no sauce or barely any cheese… as if the pizza makers aren’t being trained right… and usually at night.

The man child working the counter was rude and sarcastic. He behaved like a complete tool the entire time. I will never go back to this place or order here again. He made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If I could give negative, I would. No food is worth the horrendous service.

I called with an issue I was having on an app coupon I received and was first directed toward the 800 customer service line. I called and it was outside their hours of operation. I called the store back and asked for a manager. She at first was hesitant to assist because she’s new. I explained how the 800 line gives hours and then invites you to contact the store directly. I said that there is no way they would say that if it wasn’t in the stores power to help me. She understood my view on that and helped me with my issue. I truly appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you
