Love this place down. After discovering, my normal spot was closed for vacation. Google helped me find the next closest thing which was the bistro. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and sat at a table. Service was amazing and prompt. The restaurant had a Wi-Fi so I was able to continue working during lunch. My favorite part was that they had a lunch special that came with the pho, a spring roll or egg roll and a drink. So glad I ventured to this place because I love their broth better than my normal place so it will be my new go to spot.

Delicious food, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere all combine for a great dining experience. I had the Basil Flat Noodle with shrimp and beef, and it was absolutely delicious, and I had the crab rangoon appetizer and it was the best I’ve ever had!

I dropped in during lunch to grab some yellow curry that I’ve been craving and a chicken rice plate for my kid. I was greeted with a smile. My order was easy to take I was in and out less than 15 mins. The diner was very clean, the atmospheric vibe was giving bohemian with lots of plants, ambient lighting and wood accents. I took my order to-go, so I do recommend delivery because when I got home my bag was tipped over, I was worried about my curry spilling, but all of my food remained sealed and intact. I will be visiting again.

I wasn’t too keen on pho because my first experience in a different place and state was bad. But this place definitely healed that trauma.
First, walking in you’ll be greeted by the beautiful plants. I really love when the stores interior is simple but elegant and this place definitely gave that off. The murals on the wall, *chefs kiss, just nice to look at and reminds me of home.
We had one beautiful lady serving us and I loved that she understood and was able to answer all the questions we had.
Their dishware is really pretty. I was throughougly impressed that they had both chopsticks and FORKS and spoons and the soup spoons all ready to be used. I went to another pho restaurant just a week ago and a they had upfront was the soup soon and chopsticks, so little things like having everything aid out instead of having to ask goes a long way.
We had N7 and N4, hot and spicy pho and beef pho. We noticed that they’re generous with the meat, it was well-portioned. These soups were made without pork, which I love. The meat were tender and had fat (which is my favorite)
Their viet coffee is more bitter but the after taste is sweet, which is the way I like my coffee.
The Avocado smoothie is light and nice.

The food here is amazing… Authentic and delicious! I had to try the Dragon fruit lemonade and have a new obsession now!!! I’ll definitely add this to my favorites in the Conroe area.

“I’ve only visited this place once and only tried the Vietnamese coffee and egg rolls. The coffee was amazing—so flavorful and satisfying! As for the egg rolls, I didn’t eat them until after finishing my coffee. They were decent, but I realized I made the mistake of ordering pork instead of veggie, which I would have preferred.” “The place seemed nice, and I ordered takeout during my visit. Next time, I’ll dine in to experience the vibe and enjoy the food fresh!”
Update: I dined in, and I was not disappointed! The wonton soup is absolutely out of this world—a must-try! The café sữa đá frozen with foam is incredible, and the Vietnamese chicken and pork sandwich was bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. I’ve officially become a regular! Anything you order is worth it and delicious! The crab puffs are to die for !

I was so impressed by this Vietnamese Bistro. I moved to Montgomery, TX from Honolulu, HI and couldn’t find a decent asian restaurant. Panda Express anywhere here is nowhere near Panda Express in Hawaii. The other Vietnamese Pho on 105 and the one close to Target in 105 were A-okay. But V Bistro is the place I will have no problem eating by myself after yoga class. Here are the reasons why I know I go to this place again and again:
– Vietnamese Coffee is the right way to serve it. See pic. I have been to Vietnam, have acquaintances from Vietnam and I know how their coffee should taste like.
– the pho was very tasty and the meat was plentiful.
– the service is impeccable. The staff (all of them) were attentive to your needs. I was even asked if I want more basil and if I want my Vietnamese coffee re-heated/put in a togo cup. When my coffee came back – the owner said she made it stronger for me too. My left over (very generous portion) was placed by my server in a to go container. “I’ll do for you,” he said. Awww. That’s a full service I’d say.
– the place is clean, not crowded, airy and the atmosphere is casual and cozy. The chair is comfortable.

I started getting noodle soup to go from here a couple years ago. It became my staple any time I wasn’t feeling 100%. Today me and my Bestie decided to share a meal inside V Bistro and enjoy a leisurely dinner. Everything was on point!!! She had the grilled pork chop with fried rice and I had the combination Vermicelli bowl. The food was not only delicious, but the flavors are clean. It is obvious that they take great care in selecting their produce and their proteins. They do not skimp on quality which is something so rare these days.
Take the time, even if it is out of your way to try V Bistro in Conroe, you won’t be disappointed!!!

It’s their 1 year anniversary, two free desserts were offered to us as a special! I got the meat lovers pho no cilantro and it was so great! I shared with my 18 month old who only liked the vermicelli noodles but he loved it!! Ordered crab Rangoon and spring rolls as I was craving them and would rate those 10/10. Husband got the garlic noodles with chicken, Parmesan was offered. Overall it was a very great experience!!
