Subject: Health Concern at Dunkin’ Location – Flies Around Baked Apple Pies
Dear Dunkin’ Management,
I am writing to bring a serious cleanliness concern to your attention regarding one of your locations. On October 24, 2025, I visited the Dunkin’ at 190 Carroll Island Rd, Middle River, MD 21220 (Store #351232) and noticed flies and gnats flying around the baked apple pies that were displayed in the case.
As a paying customer, I was disappointed and concerned to see this, as it raises potential health and sanitation issues. I purchased three apple pies during my visit (see attached receipt for reference), but I wanted to make you aware of the situation so it can be addressed promptly.
I truly enjoy Dunkin’ and hope this matter can be investigated and resolved to ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

i am very pregnant and i have heart issues so i can’t have caffeine, but i love coffee. so throughout my pregnancy i’ve ordered decaf coffee from this location about 5 times, and i NEVER receive decaf. always regular. this is a health hazard and employees should be more caring. i have been hospitalized due to unknowingly consuming caffeine from this location in particular. i will never go there again. if i could give 0 stars i would.

I go to this location every day and on Wednesday i placed an order for pickup . I went to pick my food up and I ordered avocado toast . Horrible customer service lady came to the window opened my box and showed me avocado toast with bacon I didn’t order and asked me if I wanted it . I was confused because was this her way of telling me they made my order wrong ? I said to her no because I don’t eat bacon . She then says I can make another one but you have to pull your car around and wait. I said no because I have to get to work can you refund me ? In a very dismissive tone she said something fast and walked off . There was another young lady who was nice by the way and I asked her like wait what did she say? The young lady said she said if you want a refund you have to go through the app . Like huh? Ok this is where i got mad. How are you going to mess my order up and not have any empathy or apologize and then get an attitude and walk off ? I said to the lady can you please tell her it’s cool give me the avocado toast with the bacon she first offered with the avocado spread on the side . The nasty girl walks back over hand me a box of plain bread that was barely toasted . I looked at her and said what is this she got very nasty and said that’s what you asked her for . I said I didn’t ask her for this. I instantly pulled off parked and went into the store and asked for her manager. Nasty girl I believe her name was Brenisha said he isn’t here. I said to her i come here every morning and this is how you treat loyal customers?We went back and forth and I walked out . I spend at least 250 at dunkin a week because I have team meetings and I use them . But never again ! I will give my business to panera . I called customer service to complain but no one called back . I will NEVER spend my money with dunkin.

I would like to give zero stars but I can’t. The service in the store was terrible. The girl who served us was very rude; it seems like she hates working there. You go and pay for a service, but apparently that’s not enough.

This was one of the worst experiences at this location. I had a half hour to get to work (which was right around the corner) waited in line just to order for 15-18 minutes (it was me and a car at the speaker). After I said my order, they repeated it back and never told me how much it was, which you should cause not everyone uses credit card. Pulled up to the windown to find the girl taking money texting on her phone, no wonder everything was super slow, she finished her text before even greeting me. When I received my drink the first time they put no whipped cream in it, told them then double checked the receipt, yes I did and also had to pay for it (shouldn’t have to pay for it if the photo in the board shows the drink with it, hello false advertisement). When I got it back I put it in the holder and didnt touch it until I got in to work….where I found a hair in it. No it wasn’t mine as it was IN the coffee mixture. The whole time I was at dunkin took a total of 27 minutes. I have never waited that long, nor had this back of service. At least my sandwich I got was hot, correct and with no hair in it.

I asked for a medium caramel ice coffee with 5 pumps of caramel, 3 LIQUID cane sugar not regular because I don’t like it in my ice coffees & almond milk. Because I can’t have creamer or normal milk without getting sick (I’m lactose intolerant). This was before heading to work for a 9 hour shift and I tried to tell them this isn’t what I had said when I ordered and just heard liquid sugar and added it to the drink. This isn’t the 1st bad experience with them, I hate to sound petty or rude but I’m honestly tired of my orders being wrong.

I ordered a hot chocolate through the app and when I get here they say they are all out so I’m like ok can I get a refund then they take a min and say oh we have hot chocolate so right there I felt off but figured they refilled machine but no I get a drink in drinkable with power powered all our the top with chocolate drizzled on to like they just made ther own kind of hot chocolate and poured the dust on top since I was in a rush I took a pic so when I come back I can get my refund since I was in a hurry but I’m on my way back now I’ll update this with what happens… if u don’t have it refund it don’t throw something together sad…

had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location, particularly with the drive-thru customer service. I asked for 2 pumps of liquid sugar in my drink, and the employee told me it was “automatic.” When I asked what that meant, she explained it was because she had already added the normal amount of pumps to the drink. That explanation makes no sense—if someone is manually making the drink, there’s no reason why a simple adjustment like reducing the number of pumps can’t be made. These drinks aren’t made by machines; they’re prepared by real people in real time, which should allow for basic customization. It felt like the staff didn’t want to listen and instead gave a dismissive excuse to avoid honoring a reasonable request. I’ve never had this issue at other Dunkin’ locations, and the lack of flexibility and professionalism at this one is incredibly frustrating.

The service here is terrible. The girl who is always working the drive thru window is consistently rude. I had a mobile order and she made fun of my name to my face?? She’ll hand you your order and say nothing. Just strange interactions every single time we come here.

I just went through drive-thru ordered three strawberry frosted donuts and they charged me $7.35 and then when I get home I realize it should have been $4.35. I’m not sure where what the discrepancy was but I think I was just ripped off. I wasn’t given a receipt and when I tried to call to figure out what was going on they have their phone disconnected.
