This is not one of the genres of restaurant I normally go to. However, I am a Veteran and on Veterans Day, they were one of the few restaurants in 2025 actually still offering a free meal in appreciation. Not an appetizer, not a 10% discount, not a special menu: an actual normal meal like everyone else gets. Good food too. They 100% deserve your business.

Popped into Chicken salad chick for a quick order to go. Folks behind counter were nice. Got the lemon basil chicken salad on croissant with fruit. Both were very good which the fruit freshness really surprised me. Little cookie was buttery and delicious as always. Sandwich was good. Value was good.

I don’t know if the food was good or not. I was going to place an order but this huge woman with glasses started berating a delivery driver. She was all “um like you need to tell us if you’re picking up an order” talking down to this poor woman like she was an idiot or a child. Kudos to the lady for keeping her cool because I dont think I would’ve been able to if she spoke to me that way. Very rude and unprofessional. So for that reason I will not be back to this location. That sort of mean girl high school drama mentality does not sit well with me. Pretty sure the worker’s name was Britney or Brandi name started with a “B” fittingly. It’s funny she had time to run her mouth like the entitled overgrown brat that she is but didn’t have time to fix the order in question. If you’ve got time and energy to devote to being nasty then you should have plenty of time to do your job. Do better.

We tried this place today and as advertised as scratch cooking we were pretty disappointed in the dry somewhat old tasting croissants. We tried the turkey and classic carol sandwiches. Classic carol scoop was wonderful. Good taste and the fruit tasted fresh. Just could not get past the dry croissant. We would try this place again and hopefully this issue will not occur again.

We stopped at the Chicken Salad Chick. The girl that took our order was super friendly and helpful since we asked about the salads and sandwiches. I got a Classic Carol and my husband got the Dixie Chick…both were very good. We ordered, got our drinks and a staff person brought our sandwiches to the table. She was very pleasant also. Our meal also came with a pickle and a small cookie. I got the watermelon iced tea – it’s good but different. I got the mac and cheese too, delicious!
Can’t wait to go again to try a different chicken salad.

Could be a cute place but the management was very rude to the couple in front of me it was very awkward and blatant as well.. if you cannot sell more than one grape salad per customer why on earth sell it at all the husband even offered to be on a separate check to get some they made a huge deal out of it and we’re extremely rude and made a scene it was truly shocking to witness my first and last experience at this particular place. Never ever have a I seen a customer who was being nice and paying he treated so rudely … I said I didn’t understand it and she was rude to me too!! She said we are not a fast food restaurant I said well I have actually worked in cafes where everything was homemade and we like repeat customers. Quite shocking behavior to be honest not someone I would hire to work with the public doesn’t handle the customer nor her emotions like she is working.
