Although the store is nice. Youur bathroom need attention. The toilet paper holder in rest room is falling of from poorly installation
Double sided tape is getting old no longer stick and paper roll is stuck. Your light switch is crooked and missing screws. Your fan is making noise.
But what’s cool is that even though the workers know that I’m going to show them the order every Friday Saturday and Sunday they treat me as if it’s totally fine, and I don’t know what I’m going to order but they do know what I’m going to order if this makes any sense. It makes the patient feel like they’re taking her drink seriously not just assuming what she wants even if she gets the same thing every day.
So thank you nice Starbucks people of downtown Walnut Creek you do her drink very well. We used to go to two different Starbucks in Walnut Creek and they would get it wrong.
Last week I asked for a bone dry cappuccino and the checker asked what that meant. I said I wanted it as dry as he knew how to make it. He then said, “oh, you mean you want it hella dry…”
