I frequent Pizza Hut often im a huge fan of the product and have been since my youth. This location in Andrews is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Pizza Hut in years. The pizza was so good and fresh and hot on the buffet line. The restaurant was spot less tables were cleaned up in a timely manner. The staff was freaking amazing so sweet and attentive I live 45 mins away but this location will be my go to for pizza!! 10 out of 10

Well I decided I was going to try the Buffet at pizze hut since they brought it back. It was 1:20 so I thought cool it closes at 2pm plenty of time. So I walk in excited to try it out. Been a while since I ate at a pizza hut too! The lady at the register looks at me and raises her eyebrows without saying a word basically saying what do i need, so I naturally raise my eyebrows to the buffet area since there’s no vocal communication as im looking at the buffet tray.
She looked annoyed and looks at her watch and finally speaks and says to me the buffet is fixing to close and annoyingly she says you can get it, but you have 10-15 minutes to eat. I said doesn’t the buffet close at 2? She says yes, but we’re about done serving the pizza on it, but you can eat it still. I said 10-15minutes to eat is not even close to enough time. (I’m not gonna stuff my face because they said I have x amount of time either not a teenage boy) I looked at her and said no thanks I’ll go take my money elsewhere then. She then says it’s ok you can stay and eat. At this point I told her no thanks I’m done with pizza hut from here on out. Walked out of there.

I never received my order contacted the store manager Cheryl not sure how she spells it. The delivery went to someone else. She said she would make it right and she would give me store credit. This past Sunday I tried to use the store credit and nobody knew what I was talking. I have contacted the store more than and she is never there or she doesn’t want to take my calls. I left my name and number to anyone who answers the phone. I ask for their first name and they refuse to give it to me. They say policy does not allow it. I finally had to call there corporate office not sure if they will do anything about it. Just waiting I was told 3 to 5 business days. This is the only Pizza Hut I have ever had a problem with.

This Pizza Hut needs to replace their employees,at least the one named Julia (I think is her name) very very rude lady . She even came out to my car to harass me about a pizza that was “not” in a pizza bag but clearly was. She tried to take my order out of my truck. Very unprofessional and needs to be fired immediately!

Creepy, ghost-town feel inside and out. Completely empty, not very clean. Soda fountain out of order.
Young man saw me up front wanting a takeout order just kept looking at me as he worked, no “hello, how are you, I’ll be right with you” or let another employee know I needed assistance, walked away to the back for a while, the other employees backs were turned the whole time and it was loud so I called out, “is anyone going to help me?” The other employees thought it was an employee so they looked at each other and then kept working. The young man came back and said “one second ma’am” I understand being busy but at least say hello I’ll be right with you.
And then he told me I had to order through the app that he can’t place an order on the front computer…. the heck. If that’s your business model, that’s freaking insane. discourages people from actually coming to your business, which can’t be good for any business. Why would you make it difficult for people to give u their money?
Was going to give 3 stars because I hoped the food would be good, but I waited so long and when he gave it to me it was cold. Other customers were confused and frustrated, too, asking if he they could maybe order since he ignored everyone else too.
When I was a kid pizza hut had “kids free on Tuesdays” and would bring in a face painter, balloon twister. They had jazz playing and cartoon network on. Completely different than the experience I had today.
This business will be gone really soon if you don’t get better management, training, pleasanter atmosphere and fun promos and events to get people in your door, plus make it easier for people to order and give u their money instead of saying they can’t order except through the app! ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

So we placed an order this morning for a pizza for my 2-year-old granddaughter who had been sick and finally got her appetite back. We asked for half to be made with jalapeno. The entire Pizza had jalapenos instead of them making it right because the customer should never be wrong regardless of whether it was entered incorrectly or not they would not accommodate. This is why people stop going there. As I know no one is perfect you should definitely fix it for the customer always. Instead they wanted to argue about it and didn’t fix or resolve any kind of solution! So we will not be going back.

Been here twice and only twice lmao I called at 10:20 and igz they were to busy closing to answer their phone and hung up on me twice. Went inside once and they were literally staring at me while staring at the machine that cooks the dam thing at the same time and just making intense eye contact. A lady that was new to door dash come in and she just hammers her about a bunch of stuff..
