Ordered a pizza as a late evening dinner on an out of state trip. 3.5hrs later we do not have any contact about our pizza, Door Dash updates keep changing and regressing. I texted the delivery driver then his name disappeared. No reply. I called the restaurant and got hung up on while I was on hold. Bad weather, but the main road is clear. New Jersy has been a let down so far. Don’t order from here.

Not at all professionals and it gives you a vibe that they are doing a favour to you by serving you food.
Not at all professional. Cleanliness is just fine and the folks don’t wear gloves, mask or hair bands.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody even if you’re super hungry.
Parking sucks here and the location is not convenient as well.
Food is not cooked properly and taste is not great as well, I love papa johns but I would never recommend this location.

This pizzeria is small, but the pizza is great 🙂
We ordered through the website and was everything as expected up to one point. We ordered a Pepsi and we didn’t get it. Probably it is ‘our fault’. Friends told us that we should have picked it up from the fridge beside the door. We didn’t know that. The outdoor seating is limited to one bench. The parking is limited, I would say to 5-6 cars. The entrance has a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers.

Don’t need to talk about the taste everyone knows it’s good. What I want to point out is the guy that made my pizza was really nice. Even though I gave the wrong order by accident, he spent his time to remake my order. I don’t know his name, but somewhat short skinny, dark skin guy.

Very disappointed in this pizza. This was my third bad experience with this Papa Johns location. My order has always been the same: light sauce and extra cheese. I tried to eat two slices of pizza and it was just way too much sauce like it was oozing out of the pizza. And if that’s supposed to be extra cheese, it’s not even covering the red sauce. It was a mess. I’m giving this place one star because the manager offered me a refund. He also offered to remake it, but I think three times is more than enough to determine that this place does not know how to make a simple pizza.

I ordered an extra-large pizza and they sent me a small instead. When I called, they promised to send the correct order, but nothing ever came. This was really disappointing, worst of that i had guests waiting for it, completely ruined my evening

We have been regularly ordering Pizzas from this location since last 5 years and did like their thin crust pizza. However tonight’s pizza was most horrible preparation with hardly any cheese/ signature sauce. We ended up eating few pieces of tasteless crust being no other option. I can not believe if this can be a talent issue…..

The store made three mistakes on one delivery: 1, we ordered extra cheese， they only make it regular (and this actually happened twice from our last time order); 2, they only delivered 8 pcs bread sticks plus three tiny bread sticks while their menu said its 10 pcs; 3, we ordered diet Pepsi, they first delivered regular, I ask them to bring the regular Pepsi back and change to diet Pepsi，then they never show up. And I called them at least twice before my last call, they first say they will change it in 40 minutes, then said 30 minutes, then said they are going to refund my whole order. Its been more than three hours until the curfew start at 8:00 PM. So we had to have the pizza without any drink. People make mistakes and I totally understand it, that is why the first time when I ordered extra cheese they didn’t make it, I said nothing; and that is also why when they said they will change the regular Pepsi to diet in 40 minutes, I trust them; and it’s why when they said they are going to refund me, I appreciate that and trust them again. But they just shows that they are not serious about their reputation and promise, so bye bye PAPA, delete the app right away.
