Good, affordable, fresh food. Not foodie-food, just good, solid American Italian fare.
Order ahead if you are in a hurry. Fresh baked takes time.
We had a grinder, calzone and ice cream. The ice cream was gone before the food arrived.
The location is a converted bank. Kinda cool to walk into the vault. 3 booths plus 8-10 tables for seating.
It’s a franchise chain in several states.
Service was friendly and as prompt as can be for freshly oven baked food. It came out hot. Toppings on the grinder were fresh.
The calzone dipping marinara was cold… I am used to hot Marinara, so it was a bit odd.
Total was $25 for 2, with 2 scoops of ice cream, 4″ grinder sub and a calzone. Same price as fast food for real food, so that was a win.
It stayed steady while we were there. Families, singles.
I could see myself going back again.

This is my families favorite Mancinos! When you just dont feel like cooking i open the app, order and pay online. Pick up is always a breeze. Bristol isnt huge so some days are busier than others and sometimes that means waiting a extra 5 minutes for your food. But our food is always hot! I really appricate the friendly employees and welcoming environment. Id like to add that i feel as if the prices are fair for the quality of food, I usually order extra cheese if having pizza else where but mancinos doesnt skimp out on the cheese or the toppings. Store is also always clean. Weve even had pizza delivered to the golf course. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

I haven’t been to a Mancinos for a decade and this experience did not disappoint. We ordered a Turkey and ham 8 in grinder, an Italian 4 in grinder, and a large monster pizza and our total was $35. The 8 in grinder is about $9 and the 4 in grinder was about $5 so the pizza was over $15. The grinders were good and definitely worth the price. The pizza was just ok, definitely 4 stars and also the longest part of the order. I didn’t have a long wait time I went on Saturday at 7:30. Why the 4 stars? The menu, as far as I could tell, had no prices. In the economy, it’s important people know what they’re spending while they order. Additionally, the sides aren’t listed, I can’t remember them all but they include breadsticks, onion rings, chips, a side salad, and fries. Will likely be back again and would just prefer prices on menu for a 5 star experience. For the record, the online menu also has no prices :/

Everything is perfect there. The pizza, the grinders I love Hot mancino clubs, much better than subway. The pizza is good, the ice cream is good, the prices are good n the people! I love the calzones too especially when they make them big…. Zero complaints the food is awesome…we need more of these stores

This is a good place to eat. The food is good. Although I had today an issue with them, how they made my food, which they lied and told me that certain things didn’t come on it. Which I always ordered it with the things and it would come with them on it. Other than that, Christians should definitely eat there and show the love of Jesus to them despite them lying to you about what comes on the food. I am not perfect. I may have reacted a little wrong. But Jesus would forgive and forget. So, that is what I must do. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent staff, Ethan has a great attitude and friendly smile! Such a great group of kids that serve there!! Good food, great prices! Happy to have Mancinos in town ♥ Also, if you have a person with sensory issues, the “office” is fantastic with a door that closes and big enough for about 6-8 people!

Good food, but the customer service is awful. Online pickup order was lost on their end and I had to wait for them to remake it despite ordering 40 minutes beforehand. It isn’t an issue that the order was lost, things happen. What was an issue was the fact that the service was horrible.
I was given attitude through trying to ask where my order was. I said it was placed at this location, and the girl here said “So?” and only after a pause they said they’d “try” to find my order. I do not have her name, but that isn’t important. I’m just extremely disappointed that I wasn’t offered even a tiny bit of sympathy for the mix up. I didn’t want a refund or free food, just an ‘I’m sorry’. Never heard it. I understand things happen, but these workers were stone faced and acted like them losing my order was my fault. They did not sound interested in helping me with my order until I insisted. As much as I like the convenience of this Mancino’s, I will not be coming back here after this experience.
I hate to write bad reviews, but this service was just so upsetting considering ive had bad experiences here before. This just sealed the deal for me to never come back here.
