This was my 3rd time attending the rosé soirée! It’s a fantastic summer night out & so much fun. It gets better every year. The raffles added excitement to the evening. The DJ created a fun vibe. All the different picture spots were absolutely adorable. The watermelon rosé margarita was divine! We loved the welcome lemonade mocktail, samplings of all the different rosés, & the hors d’oeuvres being passed that were perfect pairings with the wine samplings. The bruschetta station this year was amazing, & the chefs behind the seafood, grill, sushi & guac stations were so friendly. In fact all the staff were super friendly & helpful. German, Olivia, Kalina, Brittany, Chef Anup & everyone else (I couldn’t get everyone’s name) thank you for being so attentive to us! Your smiles show you love to do what you do and that makes you so rare. Well done for another fantastic soirée!

I understand it’s a bar, but the patio bar at the GC Hotel is an upscale environment at an upscale hotel. When you have a group of 4-5 guys sitting at the bar and their conversation is so loud everyone on that half of the patio can hear, and every other word is an F-bomb with loud laughter, it’s time for one of your team members to step in and ask them to dial it back a bit. We would have had another drink but couldn’t wait to leave. The couple next to us left and I watched the man and woman across from us roll their eyes. Ruined the atmosphere. Went back to our room.

Seeing this had multiple 5 star reviews I had to come check out what this scene was all about. Patio Bar actually describes this place perfectly, it’s like sitting on your grandparents patio listening to Sirius XM, only there are business meeting guests there. As small as their cocktail menu is, we found that they were out of multiple ingredients to make multiple drinks. The drinks I wanted to try were not available when we were there. We ended up having a mint julep, a spicy margarita, and some frosé, all were very good. We ordered the daily ceviche which was also fantastic. The staff were very nice but maybe there could be a dedicated table server? This was a line up at the bar, order food and drink, and find a seat kind of place.

We stopped by the patio after dinner tonight. Ordered frozen rose and Casamigos blanco neat. Casamigos was fake “unbeknownst” to the bartender. He tried it and said it tastes like Class Azul Meanwhile it tasted like the cheapest tequila imaginable.

This is a very unique spot that is truly an oasis right in the middle of Garden City! Outrageous Cocktails and small plates by Chef David Burke on a gorgeous summer day, what more is there!!! We tried the surf and turf dumplings and Pastrami Smoked Salmon Carpaccio which are too yummy to put into words. A true mixture of flavors that you would never assume go together but do so well that you can tell Chef Burke really has more than just a passion for food and pairing flavors. Exceptional all around; a must on the list of swanky outdoor bars to hit while travelling to Long Island!!!

Bar that you can just walk up to ! They have the best Frosè in the world! Ask them to mix it with the piña colada ! You wont regret it! Very fast service and friendly staff
