Came here in the early evening on a whim. Either they were short-staffed or slammed with to-go and drive-thru orders, but it took a while for our multitasking cashier to acknowledge our presence. I mean she saw us as soon as we walked in. It took so long that we were able to make eye contact with every back-half member (a total of four). None of them acknowledged our presence. Mind you, we loitered by the cash register, and right behind us were two groups of walk-ins also waiting. I was about to walk out when the cashier finally acknowledged us. Well, thanks to her for being efficient in ringing up our “Wednesday” order on a Wednesday! Seriously though, if you need PT workers who are customer-obsessed, DM me. I could use a 3rd customer support job

Today, I’m quite hungry, and my go-to fast-food choice is Wendy’s for their delicious Apple Pecan Salad. I’m also craving fries! Everything sounds good aside I forgot to get hamburger with veggies– will easy to eat, whether through the drive-thru or dine-in! Yum!

I’ve never seen such terrible service. I will never eat at this restaurant again. I will always avoid it. I believe many, many people will feel the same way. The staff are extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand how the manager of this restaurant became a manager. How could it be like this?

Sour creme and chive baked potato had only a tiny squirt of cheese. Chili baked potato was nicely loaded but wasn’t closed correctly so when I reached in the bag I got burned by flaming chili that was all over the plastic and in the bag. Extremely disappointing even for fast food.

This place is a disaster. They missed my straw and spoon. Got home and realized they missed two 4-pieces nuggets in two different bags. Went through the app for a refund and the business refuses to process the refund or contact me to do so. I thought to myself at least I can eat what I got… The burger was nasty and the ice cream wasn’t even worth finishing. Only ate the fries. Avoid this location.

This Wendy’s is consistently good. Service is always good to great, the food is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s. Sometimes they run out of baked potatoes which stinks but that’s not very common. I never really eat there, but the inside is renovated and there’s at least one TV in the restaurant which is kinda cool.

Chicken strips are really thick and chewy. Fries were cold. The honey mustard is so good, it’s spicy.

I went to Wendy’s late at night because I hadn’t been feeling well all day, and I was hoping for a simple, decent experience. Unfortunately, the person working the counter at 12:14am —an adult male—was extremely rude and honestly shouldn’t be working in customer service.
When my husband began placing our order, instead of politely asking if there was anything else we’d like (as is usually the case), the employee cut him off with a snarky comment along the lines of, “It would be great if the whole order was said at once.” I stepped in to explain that my husband was ordering—he had just finished saying the first meal and was in the middle of adding a second item when he was interrupted. This was not the only time as he did that when we were ordering the first meal.
At that point, all I asked for was mutual respect, but the employee didn’t respond at all. It made the rest of the interaction awkward but who I am kidding the whole interaction was socially awkward . we weren’t even sure if he had heard the final item correctly, since it didn’t show up on the screen.
Also, when we first pulled up, the speaker was already talking before we had fully stopped the car, and once we reached the mic, the employee suddenly snapped, “Hello, yes, what can I get for you?” We had to explain we hadn’t heard the prompt clearly because we weren’t close enough yet and my husband apologized.
The whole experience was unnecessarily unpleasant and rushed. It honestly made me lose my appetite. I hope management can address this because that kind of treatment is not okay.
Clearly I see other review on this too. So Michael this is towards you.(based on what the teller said on the receipt ) Don’t ever think it’s okay to treat people rudely especially my husband. Your remarks are very rude and I didn’t even explain it all. But I think it is Omar based on other reviews describing the same behavior!!

As a delivery driver all around the Eastside, I see lots of fast food places and restaurant places. This is by far the cleanest restaurant by far. Daniel helped me and was so kind. He really cares about this restaurant and has impeccable customer service.
