The two ladies working refused to put any extra toppings for anyone in the store even with 3 customers being very upset about it. I told them to charge me extra for jalapenos and bannana pepper and said they cant do that due to new managment rules. One of the ladies asking for extra toppings told them less than 4 months ago she worked for subway and had not heard of this rule before. Save your time and go to a better location. This was all the toppings they would put even after being told to over charge me.

I’ve very disappointed with this location. Over and over they get the same stuff wrong. I understand mistakes. I do not understand not learning and doing better. Over and over they give my kids these tinny sandwiches and then always wanna say they are sized right….. 4inch sandwiches look like this???? I was going to take them back up there because they claim that all sandwiches are measured before they go out. but i felt wrong taking the kids food that they already started. So they can see the photos here instead.

Did an online order and requested in the special instructions to toast the green peppers and onions and they were not toasted. Cheese was not fully melted because they melted my other sandwich with it and it was 2 different types of sandwich. Which could’ve been a hazard if I or my boyfriend was allergic to something that was in the other sandwich plus cross contamination. I couldn’t take the sandwich back tonight because he had to work so they instructed me to keep the sandwich wrapped so that I can bring it back after I get off work tomorrow. They also informed me that there is no manager on duty so that means the are in violation.

I got a foot long the bacon each sub and two bags of chips the evening shift her name is MARNEY she works with a man at night . They charged me $30.00 for a foot long and did not inform me or the purchase and quoted me for $15.99 and still charged me the wrong price . I did not notice untie it posted the next day to my account . Horrible service and I would rather go to the subway in Crosby way better customer service.CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

Out of all the subways around the area this is by far my favorite they always making the sandwiches perfect. no matter who makes they always made super good. they are always super nice and welcoming I love this subway and definitely take the extra drive to pick up my subs here.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret from an ex-employee (myself) that use to work at this disgusting establishment that they don’t want you as a paying customer to know. For your sake and dignity, don’t come here. I worked here for a short term and the things I have seen would disgust anybody. It is the reason I quit among others. Before I knew what I was eating, I myself got food poisoning and had to visit my Doctor because it was so bad and missed work for almost a week! The unbelievable part? I was harassed about it even though it was their own fault for my absence at work due to the unhygienic food that was being served. Once I saw how bad it was when I was told to work in prep, I went to management about it. I told them and asked them If I could just throw away the batch that had mold, and you know what I was told? Word for word? She said and I quote, “just cut off the molded part, its fine”. Yup. These imbeciles really have no clue how mold works apparently. ♀️Everybody knows that does not fix it. After that I kept me opinions to myself and decided to quit. Also I want to note those placemats that are in the photos are hung by their own personal hangers. Which they brought from home and used to dry the mats. Mind you this is not allowed. Its considered unsanitary. These hangers are never sanitized or cleaned and have quite a bit of dust and filth on them (The mats are used to make cookies fyi). Anyways, I think ai have said enough. Just don’t eat here. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. YOU DESERVE BETTER than this filth. I provided just a few photos I have of when I worked here and what I had to prep. This is what they are feeding you… If you still decide to eat here, take caution. You might end up in a hospital like I did. ♀️
